Besides the people who come out of the closet (who as you will know are often from homophobic groups and can be from anywhere in society) I wouldn't think so. You will know as a gay man that you can't just become attracted to women, the opposite is also true

On paper, if I could choose my sexuality I would rather be gay or bi because like you said gay dating seems more accessible and easier compared to dating women. I hate how much of a winner take all dynamic there is to straight dating and how much more leverage the typical woman has compared to the typical man. Gay dating seems more even in that if you're an average looking gay man, your match is also an average looking gay man and you both in theory have the same leverage/options.

That said, I don't have any sexual arousal towards the male form and the idea of fucking or being fucked by a man is revolting to me so I dont see it as a real option and I suspect that'd how other MGTOW/blackpill guys feel.

I've only encountered one story of a man who adjacently fits this bill. His story was that he claimed to be heterosexual but had a high libido. To get his sex fix more frequently he would take molly and then go to gay bath houses to get head. He didn't reciprocate - he just got sucked off. Story here.
