dont take this the wrong way, but honestly, who cares. seriously WHY. good riddance, she is someone elses problem. my only concern might be the kids being exposed to a stranger and the social impact it would have on them.

leave it alone, she tricked you, she got out scott free, you cant really do much to her except be a minor nuisance if you look for ways to mess with her.

you lost focus on yourself and make yourself a better person.try staying in the kids life. i would even suggest you be encouraging of her affair and offer to take care of the kids while this new guy comes over and takes care of her.

My XW left me at the end of Oct 2022. Early 2023, I learned that during that fall, she was excitedly telling her students that she was engaged. She was completely dumbfounded when I asked her during the separation if there was someone else and tried to pretend that she just of herself as some spinster who didn't want to be tied down.

If your spouse denies your feelings and dismisses them on the matter, you already have your answer.

She tried trickle-truthing me and stalling at every turn, constantly trying to manipulate me and the situation for her benefit. There was never any thought of closure, but I found a quote about disrespect being the closure, and that became my mantra. She didn't respect me, and that was all that mattered for closure.

It’s easier for people like this to change history, move goal posts and re-write the narrative than it is for them to take accountability for their bad behavior. The truth doesn’t care how they feel and it doesn’t impact your life, now. Best you can do is accept it and learn from it. Be armed with knowledge while continuing on your path to be the best version of yourself.

I have one of those interesting coincidences. Mind you when my exwife and I were divorcing I never asked if there was someone else or anything but less than two months after the ink was dry on the decree, my ex was "official" with a guy 20 years her senior and was talking to our children about moving in with him (he lived over 100+ miles and almost 3 hours away and introduced the kids immediatly. Covid hit and she moved her and the kids in with him against our orders. (which required agreement or a court order before either of us could move the children 100+ miles from either parent.

Looking at all of it, it seems very odd, this guy was not the same religion as her and me leaving our former faith was a part of why we were divorcing. Do I think she was communicating and all before the divorce and quite possible with him? Maybe who knows. Do I have any proof? No. Do I care at this point? Nope.

Don't worry about it and don't let it consume you. Be the best dad you can be to your children.
