I felt like even though I got 50/50 custody after not seeing my daughter for 5 months due to a later dismissed PO I just couldn’t get a win. Divorce finalized December last year. From the start I pushed for full custody because now ex wife had a habit of checking herself into mental wards and leaving our 8year old daughter home alone.

Now 6 months later after abandoning our daughter after school and making zero effort to contact her or pick her up for her week , she’s giving full custody without visitation to me no questions.

Now granted she already remarried some guy with a felony record but still. How is it so easy for her to just give up on our daughter like this.

Not really looking for answers, just ranting into the void I guess.
