Nah the Tea app is just hilarious. They get dumped by some guy and instead of doing some self-reflection, they go into full salty revenge mode.

Ah yes, a bunch of random apps nobody has ever heard of are totally the same as the single most downloaded app on the App Store. You can tell by the massive coordinated defense of the apps you've mentioned by every media outlet in the world. Anyone criticizing them in any way is obviously a right wing extremist who wants men to be victims.

This felt disingenuous like most things radical leftists say because you guys never actually listen to people you intentionally misinterpret them to fit a victim narrative. 1. Most people are unaware of those apps because they did not get the same publicity. 2. Those opposing the tea app generally have a problem with legalized doxxing which logically would include those apps.. YOU seem to hypocritically defend doxxing when it suits you while condemning it when it doesn’t. Clinging to this hill with intellectually lightweighted ideas built on unfounded assumptions shows you’re not truly after change.

That was %100 dumb for everyone involved.

The women on there were all mid and so were the guys they were sharing.

The vast majority of them were spreading rumors and misinformation.

It was doxxing overdrive for both men and women.

The average online person knows Tea. Heck even some technophobes have at least heard of it. The average online person probably doesn’t know about the other sites/apps you mentioned. I didn’t until you brought them up.

Tea app was in the top section of the App Store, which is why it received the public backlash and scrutiny that it did. Media (news outlets and socials) and other women amplified it to that level.

I’ve never heard of these apps. And to the “hacked” comment you made, I’m sure if they put the private information in a public cloud server that had no encryption then it would probably get “hacked” as you called it. That’s what the tea app did, which made it so anyone could access all of that data

Whoever leaked all those Tea app files probably did a disservice to everyone. Women already felt unsafe, so now they’ll just further retreat into their paranoid echo chambers. Men will get blue balled more and women’s ovaries will get dustier
