Best way to not put women on a pedestal?

I’ve done over 160 cold approaches and one recurring pattern is that I sometimes still put the hottest girls on a pedestal and I get very nervous, messing up the interaction (most often when they’re really my type on the outside and inside). It seems like that all these approaches haven’t really killed the nerves yet. Is it just the matter of continuing until something flicks, or is there a specific mindset you need to train yourself to?
