I am recalling some the times when I pursue women and they reject me, they become pricks after I pursue their friend and I don’t even know the psychological reasoning behind this. I am wondering if this also happens to guys

I had one instance at a day pool bar where a lady noticed me looking at her and in a friendly manner she said “hi”. I engaged with her in the conversation, I ask her out and she told me she’s married. Later during that afternoon, I approached her friend. Her friend was very receptive until that married woman dragged her and said

To me “ahh ahh” and then wiggled her index finger at me as she was pulling her away from me. I gave her a stern look as she turned her head back towards me and she started laughing

Another instance is when I approached a 4 set at a nightclub. i said my opener to my woman of interest, her friend said “Real shit, get the fuck lost.” I was very confused and she acknowledged it and said “i know you are.”

I said “We never met before”

She said “You approached me the mall”

She refreshed my memory right away. She going on about me approaching her 2 years prior.

I said “First of all, I wasn’t even talking to you.”

She angrily said “I don’t give a fuck. Fuck off.”

And another instance was when I approached a 2 set at a resort and both ladies were insanely gorgeous. I approached the first one (Girl A) who caught my attention. I complimented her and try to initiate a conversation. She proceeded to ignore me and chatted with her friend. After that I quickly asked for her IG and she said “I won’t follow you back just so you know.”

She then told me that she was going to be dancing a club and I should come check her out. She hopped on the shuttle, looked at me with contempt and looked away appearing annoyed.

I saw her friend (Girl B) the next morning. She was much more friendly than then Girl A. She gave her IG. I saw her again at the resort later that night and we hugged. Girl A tried to pull her (Girl B) away from me but we continued and Girl A left. I don’t know why some women do that
