Bullshit. It's the fastest way to getting good social skills. Thats a small part being an alpha. I've met plenty of 'strong silent type' alphas, who get fuck tonnes of pussy and respect from other men.

I've also noted when you don't have a smile on your face all the time and are not chatting to everyone at every opportunity, when you do actually open your mouth, people take it a lot more seriously because they know you have some important shit to say.

When I think of people who are just talking to everyone all the time, I just think they are looking for validation. I think of them as little monkeys putting on a show, to make everyone feel so good about them all the time. You ever heard that 90% of communication is non verbal? My body says everything I want to say, all the time.

You might not get away with this if you are 130lbs of skinny man mess, you will just come across as moody and antisocial. But if you are jacked, 180lbs+, bearded & ripped. You will command respect and you don't have to do social tricks to get what you want, people will naturally just give you it.

Absolutely. I hate how the "don't even bother with trying to meet women until you've spent some time working on yourself" advice is thrown around so much here.

If you're in good shape and have some interesting hobbies, you can still have some pretty shitty social skills. Working on that is just as important, and the only way is to talk to strangers (especially women). I used to be awkward as fuck, but being in the military forced me to talk to strangers on a regular basis and cured me of that.

I'm pretty new to the red pill, and my experience is that the whole thing about being alpha or not sounds just like it's about being confident, do the things that you want to do, lead others when you want to, and not being a pushover. Before reading about redpill theory I thought it was just like how Brucie from GTA 4 was talking about being. Have I understood the concept correctly?

Its like a salesman phase, I had to go through it to. I realized dealing with 20-30 different personalities in a day wasnt worth the small profits i was making. Girls love it when you try to sell em shit you get their money and their number. But at the end of the day socializing is a womans game.

This might work for some but not all. I know a few guys who the more they talk the dumber they sound. If you are well spoken and intelligent it's no problem. But if you're just some dumb meat head, who says the first thing that comes to mind, people will avoid the shit out of you.

You become more socially calibrated, yes. But it is only a fraction of becoming truly Alpha. I've known dudes who are chatty, funny, and socially malleable, and yet when it comes to women they are still yet more BB prey.

Now, this is not to suggest the purpose of an Alpha man is women, quite the contrary. Being socially calibrated is most certainly NOT the fastest way to become Alpha. It isn't even a way. It simply is an (important) skillset you learn to increase your value. Women are never the objective, only the byproduct.

If anything, the conversations you should have, in order to become Alpha the fastest, are with yourself.

regardless of social skills as an introvert you will NEVER actually want to talk to random people, doesn't matter how good you are at it.

if a random comes up to me and makes small talk i legit stare them down and if they keep talking i tell them to fuk off, its exhausting and a waste of energy to small talk for me.
