Men and women end up Beta Bux at some point. I’ll break it down by gender.

Men: Fuck around in college with hot carefree girls, live comparatively carefree life. Graduate college and start working- the descent starts. Girls don’t just want hookups anymore, they want LTRs! A few more years pass- maybe your live in GF starts prodding around about marriage. You like her so you agree and also you want kids so let the church bells ring.

Get married, have a few kids, get a dog or cat. Life revolves around taking care of your dependents. She takes time off for maternity leave. You have to work extra hours. This is Beta Buxing: the man version. You’ve been Beta Buxed...for your cash flow.

Women: College is fun, you party, you enjoy singlehood. Eventually you start wanting a BF. You get one. You start wanting to marry and have kids- you do.

The kids kill your body. Husband isn’t too stressed because you’re by default the primary caregiver thanks to your magic milk sacks. Your body is different- softer, flabbier, body image takes a hit. You don’t understand why his inner Papa Bear hasn’t ignited. Or why he doesn’t help you. You can’t work as much because as primary care giver you need to use your PTO to take kids to the doctor or pick them up when they have fevers. You feel used for your uterus because biologically if he wants kids- your body is getting ruined and your time is getting eaten up. He’s also not happy with how much sex you’re having. You tell him over and over what to do and he doesn’t. You’ve been Beta Buxed....for your uterus and your body.

It’s two sides of the same coin, each gender just goes through different things. Also i know childfree people exist, this doesn’t apply to them.
