That women have a near universal sexual strategy just like men do.

Pretty much all women know what men want. We want fertile, healthy women who can have kids (depending on whether we want a STR or LTR determines if we want a whore or madonna personality).

Men aren't taught what women want. Height, good genes, resources, dominance, etc. Men are taught women want good listeners. Which is important, but if she isn't attracted to you being a good listener just makes you a good friend.

the importance and proper way to use kino/physical contact- how and when to touch different parts of their bodies to demonstrate your interest in them and gauge their interest in you, to show that you know how to touch women, and to build up sexual tension. that there's basically a set pattern of physical touching that goes on in flirting type situations and if you don't follow this pattern you'll probably crash and burn. but no one ever talks about it. and if a woman "accidentally" touches you or rubs up against you it's almost never really accidental.

Women are just as shallow and appearance-driven as men. They have no more interest in personality or intelligence than men. They respect looks and social charisma. They also rarely communicate directly/forwardly and excuse their lack of candor as "politeness" and "diplomacy."

Okay this will be kinda long but I'll insist that it's still "one thing".

Sex is about 4 times better than rubbing one out. Think of the top amount of effort you are ready to put into rubbing one out. Multiply by four. This is the maximum amount of resources you can reasonably spend on getting laid; everything above that is unreasonable. You obviously think that this is underestimation by orders of magnitude - especially when you see that one female classmate who's super hot. It's your brain glitch that works pretty much like drug addiction, and the best you can do is not feed it. Funniest part? - She doesn't have that glitch. Not for you, not for anyone.

I may overuse that quote but it's straight up wisdom imo, far better to focus on earning money (and therefore a better life and more freedom) for yourself than spend your life chasing women.

It's an idea I only truly clocked onto in like the past year or so despite it being in the back of my head for ages, only now have I truly acted on it.

They’re not logical thinkers, they’re solipsistic slaves to their current emotional state. Everything is about them or projected from them onto the focus of their emotions.

When a woman makes a statement it isn’t purely for the statements sake, it’s because they are issuing a command.

I was taught everything I needed to know, over and over. The problem is that it was mixed in with so much fuckery I didn't know to take it seriously. And even if it wasn't, I was an impetuous kid. I wasn't going to listen to the good advice when there was so much bad advice right there which looked so much cooler.

Just like really any of what women are attracted to. I honestly had no idea for so long, like I just randomly tried anything. I wish I’d have known basically it’s like 70% physical fitness and 25% social leading and like 5% all the other shit people say is attractive

I wish I had not been conditioned to put them on pedestals. I'm a millennial who learned about sex from a porn addiction I developed WAY too early in life, and was always super nervous about talking to girls or even being around them basically from day one of puberty. My dad did a pretty great job as a parent overall except for the fact that he never gave me any hint of the "gritty" parts of approaching/dating women. Looking back, it was clear that he idealized my mother and his attitude toward her definitely made me to see women as "wonderful angels" until just recently.
