Yes. But it’s less common then the reverse happening.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

The real question though is does a guy ever feel he's being used for sex? It just seems like a woman who feels like she's getting a one-up on a guy by having sex with him is a fool or that the guy that feels used by sex is a fucking dumbass.

[–]exit_sandmanstill not the MGTOW sandman FFS3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The real question though is does a guy ever feel he's being used for sex?

Yes, but that's also far less common than the reverse happening.

I think what really drives this perception of being used for sex is the likelihood and the frequency of it happening:

  1. A woman, unless she's really into NSA sex herself and isn't that interested in stable relationships, has to factor the scenario of being used for sex as a very real possibility into her decisionmaking process when it comes to dating. More importantly, given the likelihood of it happening, it's very possible for a woman that she constantly - possibly even exclusively - gets the message from men she's sleeping with that she's "only good for sex" and nothing else. And if this happens to you, starting to equate having sex with being used is a pretty logical consequence.

  2. A man on the other hand doesn't really have to operate with that mindset. Apart from the fact that men being into NSA sex instead of monogamous relationships is a lot more likely than it is with women, they also don't have to treat this as a distinct possibility: I'd argue that the vast majority of men could have a relationship with the vast majority of women willing to sleep with them (this is because the opposite applies: the majority of men don't really get many if any women to have NSA sex with them in the first place). And even if you are a guy who is considered hot but not relationship material by most women, odds are that you'll nevertheless manage to find enough volunteers who would enter a relationship with you. And now add to this that sex is generally a cool thing for men, and that "being used" usually takes other forms than sleeping with you, and you can see where this goes. So yeah, even though it might happen, in the end the perception of having been used for sex is far less likely to occur in men.

Chad takes the red pill: "I just realized that I've been a beta orbiter to all these women. They've been using me for sex! Oh god, the horror!"

[–]KrispyMcSockingtonPillar of the community1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

It only sucks when you want more than just sex, and it happens. Guys do fall for their fuck buddies. She may find you amazing in the sack but not good enough to bring home to mom and dad. Seen it happen.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Y can't I be this guy. Sounds awesome.

[–]KrispyMcSockingtonPillar of the community0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You can but you need to aim low or, and this part is hard, appeal to someone whose family might not like you. If they are racist/religious/have some other issue but their daughter isn't, you have a chance of a short to medium term fuck buddy almost boyfriend situation. It also offers you an out when you want to move on.

She gets to fuck someone taboo to her family so you may appeal to her in that way. Being tall, in shape, knowing how to talk to women and being good in bed help a lot. Be warned, these women have issues if they are ok with lying to their families in this way.

Use protection, for stds mostly as she is less likely to want to have your baby because she doesn't want her family to know. She may also be fucking around elsewhere because she actually has no loyalty to you as she doesn't value the relationship that much. Feel free to do the same.

Yes it can happen. It's less common as others have said, but it does happen.

At uni in my first year I was tryna find a relationship, there was a girl who seemed to like me and we spent a week or so texting and we seemed to have things in common.

Well we met up again and ended up banging, had some fun, it became a little bit of gossip around our social circles, was thinking something might happen between us.

Well the very next day I was sitting next to her in a lecture and she wasn't really talking to me much and was on her phone, turning the screen away from me so I couldn't see it. I managed to sneak a peak and saw she was texting some other guy to hook up with him.

I was I think understandably upset by this, she was acting like she liked me and clearly she knew she was leading me on to think it was more serious than it was otherwise she would not be hiding the fact she was hooking up with other guys.

Got depressed all day and did that stupid thing where I got drunk and texted a few ex's... smh.

Anyway I learnt from that experience to be more guarded and not catch feelings so quick which is a valuable lesson so this situation hasn't happened since. And I was only a stupid 18 year old at the time, but point is it does happen.

Could be worse though, as you can imagine it quickly became obvious even to my obliviously innocent teenage self that this girl was a big slut and one of my mates ended up in an actual relationship with her later on.

[–]SilentLurker6660 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The danger here is that if that's the case, then that'll mean that men cannot be raped by women because they'll always consent.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Rape is different from feeling used during consensual sex though. Most men would consent to a random offer of sex, that doesn't mean you're free to rape men.

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

there are a lot of soft boys who have no trouble finding casual sex who feel used when a girl they actually like doesn't want more with them.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

That confuses my perception of casual sex because I thought not being soft was one of the requirements to get it. Is it not?

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

no, there is the whole hipster culture of 20somethings who listen to mac demarco and dress like the 90s where guys who are soft and sensitive are the "ideal." trp seems to focus on like the most generic cookie cutter idea of what guys and girls are like to the exclusion of any current trends in youth culture. like a lot of what trp says about men and women sounds like they could be talking about 20somethings from the 1980s

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

I'm 20 now and I have trouble believing this. Are you talking about a soft and sensitive guy who's somehow into rough sex for some odd reason?

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

i have no idea what rough sex has to do with anything, i mean generic hipster culture. all the guys read as giant pussies to me personally because i'm not involved in it but art hoes and such love them.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I doubt the women who are into them like exclusively soft and sensitive sex. That's what you'd be getting from a "soft and sensitive" guy if his personality is consistent, wouldn't you think?

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

i don't know what they do in the bedroom. i know they fuck them though.

[–]LSTW123410 points11 points12 points 8 years ago* (26 children) | Copy Link

Absolutely. They might not do so as frequently as the reverse, but it happens.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (25 children) | Copy Link

How do they do it though? It seems like a foreign concept to me

[–]Atlas_B_Shruggin🔪Yeetus that Feetus🔪9 points10 points11 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

when a guy likes you and wants more with you but you just bang him sometimes while looking for a BF, youre using him for sex

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

From a guys perspective it’s surprising af when that happens bc usually most girls want more and like, I just say the word and they’re all about it. When they’re just like “nah,” it’s a little jarring

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

He’s still using you though

[–]Atlas_B_Shruggin🔪Yeetus that Feetus🔪4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

well, yes, and really thats why its not that real a thing. men can almost NEVER feel "used" for sex the way woman can

[–]LSTW12343 points4 points5 points 8 years ago* (8 children) | Copy Link

When you’re lonely it’s nice to have someone go down on you and call you beautiful.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Is that using THEM for sex. The way I see it, the man is using you for sex to make you feel good about yourself

[–]LSTW12346 points7 points8 points 8 years ago* (5 children) | Copy Link

Then you’re using each other I guess. But I do think there are situations where the man wants more and the woman doesn’t but keeps hooking up with him. I mean I’ve done it.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

He must’ve been really hot

[–]LSTW12343 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

He was cute but the main appeal was that he was obsessed with giving oral.

[–]Atlas_B_Shruggin🔪Yeetus that Feetus🔪3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

i "dated" a couple of guys like that. one used to put an ashtray on my tummy for me and go to town

[–]LSTW12341 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Ha we’d smoke weed and then he’d go down on me for like an hour straight. It was a dream.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I’ve been in that situation, it’s not that I’m super hot or anything, we just were not compatible for a relationship. The sex was hot but in the end I liked her a lot more than she liked me

[–]MercedesBenzoAMGbringing percocets molly percocet back to ppd0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It depends if the guy has been lead on to believe the woman has actual feelings for him or not.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

It is to me, too, but I know it happens and I once talked to a guy who felt like his girlfriend was using him for sex only.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh yeah one guy told me that as well. I didn’t really get how it’s possible.

[–]oihaoerhg-1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Lol and did you empathize with his OOh so horrible problem?

Rich Person: Ohh I just have too much money. WOEE ISS MEEEE.

[–]Xholica0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

It's more like having a friend you can't rely on. You have a great time with them, but sometimes you want more and the time you invest in this person is time you spend not getting that somewhere else.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I guess I've learned to not want that from anyone because at any time everyone you know could abandon you.

[–]darksoldierkPurple Pill0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Funny thing about that is, anyone can be poor. Seriously, anyone. It's MUCH harder to be rich. That's why most people who get rich from gambling or lottery end up going bankrupt.

[–]Eartherry0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I look for an interested guy I'd never want to date and take him for a test run. If he's good, call him up whenever I feel like it, always bail before the sun comes up, and don't answer any of his text unless I'm free for a hook up.

[–]oihaoerhg1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Do you have any sense that this is unethical of you?

[–]Eartherry0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I don't lie, neither about my intentions nor my motivation. I let him know I don't want a relationship with anyone and I'm only talking to him because I could never feel romantic feelings towards him. I stress that he shouldn't look to me for support, emotional or otherwise. I don't miss him when he's gone. I can take or leave him. He's on his own.

With that being said, I do understand that these men are human beings. I don't stand them up. I don't do this with more than one guy at a time. I don't do this with guys in relationships. We don't just have sex and leave, we spend the evening together. I listen to him, get to know him, plan our evenings around things I know he likes. He can tell me anything because he knows I'm not involved enough with his life for it to matter. And anytime he wants to stop it's fine, no strings attached.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Now let's reverse it, do you have any sense that these interactions that lack romantic feelings are unethical towards your future romantic mates? I can never imagine a scenario where the one you have romantic feelings for gets a better deal than the fuck-zoned guy. The circumstances of that relationship, besides the fact that, as a guy, you could be dropped on a dime, seem really good for not that much effort.

[–]Eartherry0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Then I'd assume that guy isn't that into me and let him move on. I'm a woman remember? I get hit on at least three times a day. Guys that want more make an effort, trust me.

[–]lost_jellyfish 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Quite a number of accidenta, natural Chads complain about this. Guys who are extremely physically attractive, but not RP and actually just nice guys have thin problem.

They find that they're the rebound guy. Women will seek them out after a break up, sleep with them, and then be uninterested in a relationship. The guys actually have some trouble finding a girlfriend (that meets their attractiveness standards) despite being so good looking. It might nimply be that girls are put off by their beta-ness after getting to know them.

You'll also see women getting frustrated at guys who sleep with them, and do boyfriend like stuff like cuddling, going out dinner with them and holding their hands in public. The women are actually happier if their fuckbuddy ONLY fucks them. Text, bed, hookup, and disappear again. Don't know anything about each other and want to keep it that way. Very few guys see ths side of women's sexuality since its all about being discrete and the guys who do this know that keeping it on the down low is the number one rule, but its pretty common. When you see a very attractive guys tinder profile that does not have a lot of information, but includes code phrase like "no time for back forth texting", "direct", "busy" he's signalling that he's experienced in this game and will give a good dincrete fuck without any wasted time on courtship or any relationship oriented expectations, and no chance of anyone finding out. Its why the true high n-count guys usually never mention it. The number one rule of the game is discretion, and if you tell everyone you've had a lot of partners then women cannot be seen with you without creating suspicion. And a true high count guy does not need to tell anyone. Women will rapidly (but very privately) share that information with each other. Its the 51% conspiracy.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

Ugh yea I can relate to this even tho I’m not a natural.

I need an outlet for my softer side.

Usually I’ll just pick one plate that is going to get a sort of semi-girlfriend treatment, and the rest will get the sex object treatment. It’s tough tho bc the semi-girlfriend always wants exclusivity or some shit eventually, or she just wants to go back to being fucked without any intimacy whatsoever which for me is a deal killer, once I’ve crossed that line there’s no going back

[–]oihaoerhg1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Hey bro I need someone to listen to my ramblings and tell me I’m brilliant

[–]Freethetreees0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

So you want intimacy but without giving exclusivity? How is that a fair trade for the girl?

[–]decoy88Black Male in London2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

She gets it too? There are women that want the same.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

I mean, let’s not get carried away, I want enough intimacy that we can sleep together or watch a movie on the couch some times, I’m not saying I want to gaze lovingly into her eyes

[–]Freethetreees0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

So you want a partial girlfriend experience, which opens the female partner to possible emotional vulnerability and pain. Sounds kinda selfish to me. Women typically can't separate sexual intimacy from romance as easily as men can, that's why they want casual sex to be emotionless and free of intimacy. Even kissing creates feelings. So, if you want to be fair to your "semi-girlfriend", either make her your full-girlfriend, or let her go back to seeing you as a walking dildo.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

She’s not a child, lmfao she can decide for herself if she wants to stay or go

[–]Freethetreees0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Nice rationalization for selfishness. You do you, boo.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

Y’all really do believe women are children don’t you

[–]Freethetreees0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

More like I believe people should care about the feelings of the people they're fucking. But that's none of my business.

[–]CallandoroReddish Purps0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I do care about their feelings.

I don’t assume responsibility for them tho

[–]oihaoerhg-1 points0 points1 point 8 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

This hypothetical man's problems could be put into a satire and I'd laugh my ass off at them.

[–]lost_jellyfish 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

I just looked at your post history. You seem like you see it, but don't yet believe it. There's a way out the other side where you know its true but you're at peace with it.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Well, by hypothetical, I wasn't denying that he could be a real man, it's just that these problems seem so trivial to me. If women want to have no strings attached sex with me my whole life and think I'm unfit for a "real relationship", fuck it, I want that shit.

[–]exit_sandmanstill not the MGTOW sandman FFS3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Well, it beats experiencing no intimacy whatsoever, that's true.

[–]lost_jellyfish 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

One day you'll get a chance to talk to a guy like that. You'll see there is a kind of loneliness in it. Its expecting women to fulfil that need for connection inside you and then learning even being super-chad will never get you that. Not that the sex isn't awesome, but putting on the alpha show for every girl that comes along is still work and not being yourself. You're better off learning how to form real male friendships, enpecially if you're young enough to create those life long bonds that come from the male friendships with quality men you develop while you're young. Pussy comes and goes, but real friendships, and the ability to develop them stay forever. There's a reason that the superchads like movie stars and rock singers and athletes end up marrying and getting divorced over and over. They're looking for something in a woman partner that they'll never get. You can get more connection than have just hanging out on Xbox if you realise the difference.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

That implies that Chad can't have both.

[–]lost_jellyfish 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Happens. Spends his life successfully chasing pussy and never learns until its too late.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

What would be the personality limitations of this person keeping him from relationships?

[–]lost_jellyfish 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

With men? He's an asshole. Puts down other guys around him. Fucks their girlfriends and wives. Women love him for it. Real men don't trust him. His male "friends" are weak minded sycophants. He won't change because he feels like he is winning at life because he gets laid so much and he thinks pussy is the most important thing in the world. Think Barney from HIMYM, except he fucks Lilly and Robin on the down low the whole time and Marshall and Ted are actually a couple of nerds who never get laid who Barney does not respect and just uses.

With women? He knows they're all the same. He's fucked so many guys girlfriends he stopped beleiving women can be loyal. And when he tries to have a more even relationship with women they lose attraction so he stopped doing that years or decades ago.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

So basically he's not delusional nor naive?

[–]wtknightHardcore Romantic3 points4 points5 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yes. If he is good looking but his personality doesn't challenge her in any way I could see some women using that type of man for sex. He might be using her too, or he could even want a serious relationship.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Do you think it's possible for women to use men in the same way men use women?

[–]wtknightHardcore Romantic2 points3 points4 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

How is what I described different than how men use women? In the example I give the woman finds the man inferior except for his looks. I suppose men will sleep with women who they find inferior in every way though. Women won't sleep with men who they find inferior in every way, mainly because they don't have to since there will always be a better looking man willing to sleep with them. Even a woman who is a 2 can use a guy who is a 3 for casual sex.

[–]MyPasswordisPutin 1 points1 points1 points 8 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link

Well ya. Duh. For any number of reasons. You know sometimes two strong arms make all the difference in your day. I’m not into toying with dudes but my bff she’s got three guys on the string for whenever she has a bad day. One of them is a super high quality guy. I feel bad for him, he loves her.

The really rich part about this is that you give him more empathy than an incel.

[–]Xholica1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

She's actively using him, with an incel no one is doing anything to them.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

There doesn't need to be an aggressor for someone to feel empathy toward a person's problem. It's like being indifferent to a poor person who's got no money, but then caring about the rich man who's got too much money and doesn't know how to spend it. ;(

"Whenever I spend a million dollars I always feel used." ;( the billionaire says sadly.

"Whenever I can't afford the things I want I feel sad." ;( THE POOR ENTITLED SEXIST RACIST PIG SAYS AS HE'S RIGHTFULLY KICKED TO THE CURB!!!!!

[–]Xholica1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

People feel more sympathetic to people who are being wronged or losing something. No one's doing anything to either of the people in your example, you can feel empathy, but people will always be more empathetic (all else equal) to the story with a bad guy.

Someone who got wet in the rain is less sympathetic than someone who had a bucket of water thrown over them. One will get a lot of sympathy and everyone will feel bad for them, the other will get a few people asking but quickly forgetting.

Overall neither person is experiencing much crisis or change. Their financial states seem fairly continuous, if one experienced a drop such as the poor man no longer being able to afford essentials or the rich man losing all of his money people would be more sympathetic.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It’s more like a poor guy vs a rich/mc guy who had a bunch of money stolen. The rich guy was actively wronged, the poor guy didnt have the money to begin with. Add to that the fact that incels bitch and moan all the time, and, well...

Of course. It might not be as common as the reverse, but I’ve known guys who wanted a full on relationship with girls who only wanted sex from them and it was clearly upsetting to them.

[–]-sybarite-1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yes, of course.

IME, the best lovers are men who are "relationship" guys, looking for the one. Two reasons for this:

  1. They have a lot of real experience - sleeping with 2 new women a month is not experience, sleeping with the same woman for 2+ years is real experience. So if a woman wants to get good sex she is better off looking for someone who has had a lot of sex and is experienced with it - even if he is not the most attractive. Looks matter a lot too, so I am always hunting for the best of both worlds.

  2. Relationship-hunters are not fucking, they are investing. They go down on you a lot and go to eat the groceries.

It is a blow to the male ego to make it known that you were using him solely for sex even if he doesn't really want you. What they hear is that you see him unfit in other aspects. Men expect that if you fuck them you are at least open to a relationship - more often than not they get angry if you make it super clear that you are not. I've been called names and shit for that.

Everybody can use everybody for everything.

my FB's and FWB's report the exact same experience. These people buy into the "all girls want relationships" and get upset when it feels like they're the exception.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh yes, definitely. And it can hurt, too.

[–]Xholica1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It might not be as common, but yes.

A lot of the time it's mutual usage. Sometimes he wants more and she doesn't, or she keeps him on the backburner so she's got a steady supply of sex while looking for a relationship and worse case scenario she's got him as a backup plan.

[–]the_calibre_cat1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Much, much more easily than the reverse.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Lol what, women are MORE likely to use men for sex?????? Is that what you’re saying?!?

[–]the_calibre_cat0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Nah. I dunno about that, I just know that it's easier for them. That's why men, with the exception of self-trained white knights, largely do not trust women. Men may well be douchebags, but that's not exactly a secret and we don't have insane powers of biological and social manipulation like women do. Most women probably are genuine, but the fact that they could not be and a guy would miss it is scary to a lot of guys. I don't want to open up and be vulnerable to someone who will drop me the minute the going gets hard, who just knows how to play the sympathy plus sexy card just right.

Yes, but if it happens, it's a mutually-beneficial arrangement.

[–]Ordinate1Brown pill - Eat shit and die, motherfucker!1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

How any more so than the reverse?

[–]Doom_and-Gloom4 points5 points6 points 8 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

Well, generally speaking, it's not hard to find a man willing to exchange sex for sex. The same cannot be said for women.

[–]Ordinate1Brown pill - Eat shit and die, motherfucker!0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

That's not been my experience.

[–]Doom_and-Gloom1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

[–]Ordinate1Brown pill - Eat shit and die, motherfucker!0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

No, it really hasn't.

My Dad told me when I was about 13, "Women want sex just as much as men, they just hide it better."

Ruined my teenage years.

Your dad is smart, better to be told that than to be lied to about how it's just men "only wanting one thing."

Unfortunately, compulsive lying is a bit out of our area of expertise. But I'm sure there are other subs you can turn to for help with that too.

Do you actually feel like you're "tricking him" to have sex with you in the sense that "Haha, I got the best of you mister, I'm only using you for sex! HA! In your face!"

If so, I don't understand you.

I have trouble believing anyone feels like that

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

Usually when someone says they're "using" someone for sex, it's implied that the sex is not mutually beneficially.

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

yeah but its not like the user is intentionally twirling their moustache like a villain from a cartoon laughing about using the person. "feeling used" is usually a side effect of the circumstances.

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yeh I imagine that the user doesn't usually feel that way, but I'm thinking of a situation where a girl is being played to think that she's using a guy for sex and holding back relationship, where the guy doesn't really want any of that and is actually getting everything he wants.

[–]kandyapplezslow down lil baby you going pacino0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

but situations where the guy is being used for sex actually exist. i have seen this happen in my friend group

[–]oihaoerhg0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And this was part of the reason I got red pilled. After I was depressed after a breakup in high school where I did not have sex with the woman, one of my friends tried to comfort me by saying "Don't worry man, girls when they're younger have shallow relationships where they just use the guy for sex, but when they're older and they mature, they want something more serious."

Now, I was a serious relationship minded guy, but that made me think "U fuking wat m8? Fuk serious relationships my dood." and I soon found red pill related things.

[–]carefreevermillionLook at me. I'm the Chad now.0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It was more that I didn't reciprocate his romantic feelings, knew I didn't reciprocate his feelings, and kept having sex with him anyways because the sex was good and he was interesting. He kept asking if he was being strung along and I brushed him off repeatedly until I was done with him. It's the thing I regret most in my life, but that means little now.

[–]SDW1370 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

By that, do you mean an arrangement that's not mutually beneficial?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Kinda. I was just wondering if anyone could explain a situation where the woman uses the man for sex more than he uses her for sex

[–]decoy88Black Male in London1 point2 points3 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

It happens. Got fuckzoned by my best friend.

[–]GridReXXit be like that0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes this happens.

I think it’s mutual use but the guy develops feelings and doesn’t understand why she doesn’t value him as a “boyfriend” or more.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 8 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes, women are perverts and more aggressive then men on average
