This is SnotNoodle, I was advised to modmail in order to be able to post again on the other account, I'm guessing that it may be because I'm on the app or something that I'm not able to find it. Never modmailed before so I wouldn't know. Btw, if you really think I'm incel, give my comment history a read.

So let's get to the real Red Pill, the kind of pill that Red Pillers find hard to swallow:

TRP's strategies can only get you so far in terms of increasing your market value. Like I had previously mentioned, if you're a 5'7 man who has an 3/10 face, going to the gym everyday can increase your attractiveness, but you'd still overall be considered pretty unattractive. It's a common idea over there at r/TheRedPill that as soon men start to lift and pull a landwhale - that they are now an "Alpha" and are at God-mode. Lifting can make you more attractive but there is a limit to how far your attractiveness can go. Lifting is not going to boost your SMV to that of a man with a height of 6'1/6'2 and with a face of 9/10.

You can increase your attractiveness, but there absolutely is a limit. Those who were blessed with good genes will unfortunately do better in the market.

As women, we've been raised to be nice to people, those people include men. So when the short men come to us and pour their little hearts out about how they like us etc. and we just aren't hardwired to be attracted to them because they are short - what do we say?

"Well, we just...don't really have a connection you see".

You don't say that it's because they're short/ugly. You try to be as nice as possible; especially because men can get unpredictable and aggressive when faced with rejections - so it's best to play safe. So some men will take this at face value and think that there's actually nothing wrong with them, when there clearly is: whether it's their manlet height or their 3/10 faces.

Tip for men: if you're ever going up to a woman, and you have a taller friend standing next to you, yeh, don't fucking do that. Because the only person we're actually considering to fuck/date is the man next to you.

Next point: isn't it so ironic that the Red Pill is apparently about learning "cold, hard facts" and about knowing and applying knowledge that is otherwise too strong for others to swallow - only for those same Red Pillers to deny the very clear disadvantage that shorter men have in the dating market.

Do you see where the Red Pill comes in? You only take the pill you want. You don't want to see the studies that show that women prefer men who are tall as opposed to manlets. You don't want to admit that there are things affecting your SMV that you have little control over - And you know why? Because it gives you a sense of hope. A sense of hope where something is within your ability to be able to turn your life around and make a change. It basically gives you something to live for. But with things like height, which is crucial today in male attractiveness, it is not something that can be changed. Hence why TRPers always focus so much on status/resources, because there is more room for potential improvement in that area, but not so much in the others.

Now let's get to the science part, as everyone seems to challenge the idea that women like taller men (I think people innately know, they just don't want to admit that it's true), that they prefer broader shoulders in men etc.

The one about height

"...This effect is even more pronounced when examining satisfaction with actual partner height: women are most satisfied when their partner was 21. cm taller, whereas men are most satisfied when they were 8. cm taller than their partner..."

So for the average woman that's 5'5, she prefers a man that's a little over 6'1.

This is also backed up by another study

[This talks about women's preference in male mates. This is about bodily/facial symmetry:]

"...In humans, male body symmetry is positively related to sperm number per ejaculate and sperm speed [32]...

"...In humans, Thornhill & Gangestad [39] found that the total number of sexual partners a man reported having was positively related to skeletal symmetry..."

"...Such findings suggest that preferences for symmetric faces reflect, at least in part, adaptations for mate choice..."

And this one also supports that idea

"...Women, on average, tend to be more attracted to men who have a relatively narrow waist, a V-shaped torso, and broad shoulders. Women also tend to be more attracted to men who are taller than they are, and display a high degree of facial symmetry, as well as relatively masculine facial dimorphism..."

"...The physique of a slim waist, broad shoulders and muscular chest are often found to be attractive to females.[75]..."

And most of the above traits are not something you can acquire by going to the gym. But with that being said, it can overall work, if getting a girl is what you're struggling with, then this would help you more than anything else (I think). But you should be realistic about what it can offer you.

Edit: People have been complaining about "Lookism" in the comments. I've been discussing attractiveness and women's SMV, twice. I've done this twice. But as soon as I made one about men, it was all "lookism!!!". Can you cut the crap and just discuss this without being offended?
