I always find this conversation weird, because... Like people talk abotu how they can't control preferences.

I understand that its pretty dumb to sit at home all day and never work out, then try to hit on a marathon runnign kale eating blonde, but still..

I mean in the end what if thats honestly al you find attractive. What if you became as close as you coudl to be that and still couldnt date. Is it better to date women you dont find attractive.

And people say no no no, there is a different type you dont consider or women you dont see.. But I dunno, there are few women I meet who after talking to them I dont already know within 5 minutes of conversation if I would date them.

My point is if we really cant control who we are attracted to and are only attracted to women out of our league despite self improvement, is it better for someone to be alone or just date women who they dont find attractive.

And if its better to date women you are not attracted to, how did it go. My last askmen question I posted on this question made it seem like it was only good for getting laid.

The thing with Indian incels and Indian men period is they get socialised to view those kinds of women as the pinnacle of beauty, hence the obsession with blonde instagram models (prostitutes) the Saudi princes love so much, in places like India and the Middle East, women who have blond hair and blue eyes who are white are going to be viewed as the top tier women by these men.

If you really want to know why, a lot of people think it's a self loathing thing, kinda a holdover from colonialism where lighter skinned Indians were put at the top of the caste hierarchy by the British Empire. That's where it comes from. By getting the hot blondes subconsciously a lot of these saddos think it makes them equal to whitey, kinda like how most black rappers once they hit it big go white and never look back. Same reasoning applies.

Then there's the gender segregated schooling, the hyper controlling parents (think abusive home environments, parenting not too different from the parenting received by the users on /r/raisedbynarcissists) who basically expect them to be walking calculators and push them into STEM and you get a bunch of under socialised, emotionally stunted and not terribly mentally stable, creepy and cringy as fuck dorks who are used to a society where the women do as they're told and promiscuity is forbidden.

Then they come to the west for college, they see all the blonde girls, the blonde "promiscuous" (lol, exaggerated by media) girls that their culture has told them are super promiscuous and will fuck any guy who asks, not like the boring women back home, they'll do whatever you want and because their culture encourages entitlement, they get pissy when they try and inevitably fail. And they fail because they have no idea how to talk to women because they don't even view women as people. Especially not blonde women, cause it's kinda a double edged sword where they are simultaneously put on a pedestal as the pinnacle of beauty and looked down upon as promiscuous pornstar tier sluts.

I would like to point out I'm not one of these sad sacks, I just thought I'd explain the thought process. Of course they try to get better after a while, that's how they find PUA, RP and then finally when they fail too many times, Incels. So yeah I would say you're right about the Indian incels, that is why they're upset largely even though they don't want to admit it, actually it's true for the Asian incels in general. But that's why they're so fucking creepily obsessed with these girls.

As with the average incel, therapy is the only long term solution coupled with increased social exposure in relaxed environments and breaking away from their toxic parents that will help.

If I was an Indian dude, I'd def want to take my chances trying to spin plates with slutty insecure Western women, than settle in for a quasi arranged marriage to a meh indian girl and get wrapped up in all the clan/caste politics and other bullshit that comes with it.

Admittedly, that's easier said than done. Times are hard enough for non-immigrant men - trying to hustle if you've got a heavy accent, come from a totally different culture, and most of your friends are immigrants too... that shit's like hard mode. Especially if you don't come from money.

But it can be done, and I've seen it done. Hell I've seen multiple short brown guys pull off feats with the ladies that I would have been proud of myself for. One common feature was they both spook perfect English and adapted well enough to the culture that you'd swear they were second generation.

I agree with you about the 'empirically less attractive' part but I think part of their problem is how they're viewed vs how their female counterparts are viewed. For example, it's somehow considered outrageous by the mainstream media that people call Mindy Kaling fat. I've even seen news articles that refer to her as 'beauty' and I just gasp at their choice of words.
