I might be biased but I feel I can always tell when a woman is with her husband for money/comfort.

The biggest sign for me is when she complains about their sex life and implies that her husband is always 'bugging' her for sex. Women will not want to fuck someone they aren't attracted to, or will just phone it in.

I never see those gold diggers with stars in their eyes when they talk about their men. They may be smiling but their eyes look dead or sleepy.

I can't tell a lot of the time. Women are good at faking their body language due to lying to THEMSELVES that they love a guy when they don't.

I can tell when a woman doesn't feel lust towards her partner though, looks at other dudes, fake smiles, but a lot of women don't give off those tells, and you can't tell until it's too late. The most convincing lie is one that the person telling it believes themselves.

If she fights back when you're being an asshole, she loves you.

If she doesn't fight back, either she's with you for your resources, or she has trouble with confrontation. It's fairly easy to differentiate between the two.

No one likes to fight, but it's usually worth it if you're trying to get your emotional needs met in the relationship. If she doesn't fight at all, ask yourself why and try to answer that question.

RPM here, I've always been curious to know if women were able to look at another woman with her boyfriend/husband and can instantly tell whether or not that woman is in the relationship only for resources/companionship (a beta) or because she truly loves him (an alpha).

Why is it one or the other? Resources and companionship are valid reasons women can truly love a man.

Or do you have to be close friends with the other woman to tell?

If it were a gold digger case, which can happen, I think I would have to be very close to her to tell, like she would have to directly say to me "if it weren't for the money, I'd be gone".

What's with this belief that women can only love alphas? At the very least you confuse love and lust. Maybe you want to be lusted after. Maybe women prioritize love over lust, but even then, many women lust for their beta boyfriends (at least while they are young and fit like the fiance in the YouTube video).

You can usually tell when a woman is in a relationship for the money because she's with an older man. I'm sure there are exceptions where a woman truly falls in love with an older man, but generally speaking, there's a reason why she's in it.

Unless the woman is just terrible at hiding her real feelings or doesn't care enough to hide it, I can't tell. I might have some suspicions, like when the woman is very attractive while the man is ugly or if there's a noticeable age difference but overall I have no idea when a woman is truly in love with her man or when she has settled.

I think it's usually pretty obvious, especially if you know the people much at all, both his and her history.

Instantly tell in a sense that how people look tells you a lot about them, and so you'll see every couple basically fit into a few patterns based on their looks(not just beauty) and thus instantly have some preconceived beliefs, feelings, expectations about the couple and why each side is attracted to the other.

There are some odder couples of course, but like 90% are rather straightforward. People get really confused about my relationship and why my woman and I are with each other, it's rather comical actually.

People like to think they can tell. People just generally like to think they have some piercing insight into the relationships of other couples, but they rarely do - relationships are complex things and you rarely get the full picture unless you're living in it.

I'd say that yeah, I can immediately tell in real-life whether a woman has settled for a guy or if she really wants to be with him.

I can tell when people have chemistry and when they don't. When they don't I assume they're together out of comfort, circumstance, lifestyle, resource, or fear of hurting feelings/ rocking the boat.

It's likely inherent in all relationships to sin degree. No woman in her right mind shacks up with a bum. That's just the way it is.

However, the degree to which a woman is attracted to a man for his money can certainly vary and the difference is often quite subtle. In some cases, it might be obvious but I'd say in most it's not. But by and large, it's going to be there to one extent or another. Nothing you can do about it but try to work it in your favor.

i only watched a little bit of that video but the body language is pretty clear. pay attention to how she brushes him away whenever he tries to put his arm around her shoulders. also how her she is leaning away from him and mostly looks forward and only occasionally turns her face to look directly at him. i also liked how she made a joke about how he must be drunk when he was showing physical affection toward her, and that her personal love language is "spending quality time together." the guy is obviously physically attracted to her, he is going to be very frustrated when they get married.
