No, but here's a thought exercice. If a person believes women should take steps to avoid:

being alone with a man
drinking too much at a party
attracting male attention

Then they could say men should avoid:

being alone with a woman
drinking too much at a party
pursuing women

If sleeping around makes it more likely to be raped then sleeping around makes it more likely to be accused of rape.

But I'm just playing devil's advocate. I don't think victim blaming is the right way.

False accusations seem to be peppered around people who have lots of casual sex. If the average man is hopelessly single and shut from the casual sex scene (as is claimed on reddit), then he has a very low risk of being falsely accused.

Of course, there are vengeful women who will fuck up anyone that crosses her, billy beta included. But I consider that a rare risk compared to slutty people with poor character judgement of sex partners.

You'd had to convince men to avoid crazy chicks, chicks that are crazy about him and likely to get their feelings hurt. They'd have to be circumspect of girls that are throwing themselves at him and behaving in sexual way that is implausible, despite whatever sexual prowess he thinks he has.

Hmmm. Well, should I keep a gun on me if someone is going to accuse me of raping them? I mean, clearly me shooting them will certainly stop the accusation.

I've heard of like, women carrying their keys in between their fingers, so like, maybe I can do that, and just punch a woman going to accuse me of raping her. I mean, yeah, I'll get accused of assault but at least I won't get accused of rape.

The chances of the average male being accused of sexual assault is so low it is not practical for them to protect themselves against it. If the male is a college student/athlete who is having a lot of casual sexual encounters with many different individuals, it may be more practical for them to take some measures.

Who has it worse? Women who are sexually assaulted, or men who are falsely accused of sexual assault?

Case by case, but generally I would imagine it is worse for a woman who is sexually assaulted, but I do think this comparison is sort of farcical.

in gone with the wind, rhett butler is outcast from Antebellum "society" (in the original sense of the word) for staying out late with a girl and walking back home after they claimed their carriage had thrown an axle in a ditch. when he refuses to marry her, her brother calls him out and rhett shoots him and he has to leave savannah like forever. this is what used to happen instead of false rape allegations and child support when men and women were "alone"

that being said, "Rape" as we discuss it here stops existing outside of college so stop fucking worrying about it

Now it could just be my social circle and not a representation of the population at large, but I know 2 girls who have been sexually assaulted and went to the police.

I know more than 5 men who have been falsely accused of sexual assault; again just through spreading rumors only one of them actually had the police called on him and was released after a 3 days in holding. He lost his job though.

So yea I say the risk is there. MGTOW already advocates defenses against false accusation

-Always keep the doors open when meeting with a woman at work.

-Try not to be alone with a woman, if you have to be, use your phone to record the audio of the conversation or make sure the room has video surveillance.

Here is a good example of audio recording saving your bacon

I don't know. I personally know one person who falsely accused someone of rape, but she didn't go to the police, she just started spreading rumors about the guy. His life wasn't ruined fortunately, they actually got together again later. (lol)

That being said, I imagine it's horrible to get falsely accused of rape but I think sexual assaults happen on a more regular basis that false sexual assault accusations do. Perhaps there needs to be some awareness to discourage people from making up such lies. Discouraging slut shaming might also decrease false rape accusations as I think a lot of the women who do it, don't want to be labeled as sluts.

It's not likely to happen so I don't think you should go out of your way but it's a good practice to keep all the texts and emails in case they might become exonerating evidence one day. Never apologize for bad sex as that can be misconstrued as non-consent by a biased reader.

FRA's are becoming more prevelant in today's society as a tool for women to deflect responsibility for their choices.

A girlfriends son was recently accused while in high school. They have known each other and casually dated, they had sex, she wanted to have sex with his friend, he left the room while her and his friend had sex. All three went out to dinner afterwards, two days later she said she was raped. Decide what her motivations were for yourself. DA declined immediately to press charges as she should have but it still cost his parents $$$ to retain a lawyer and the stress for the family was tremendous. He went to a party hosted by his best friend soon after and was ganged up on and beaten by his friends. Fucking white knighting is still alive and well. All that because she didn't want to admit she was a slut and society has taught her she doesn't need to take responsibility for her actions because she is a woman.

If you're going to include potentially minor crimes against women like "sexual assault" can be, then why focus on just rape for false accusations against men? False accusations of other more minor crimes happen too.

For instance, I've been in an argument with a particularly crazy ex where she verbally threatened to call the police (though I wasn't breaking any law). Lucky for me she didn't, but I don't want to think about what could have happened if she had.

I've known other guys who have had this same experience. (Though admittedly you are much more likely to experience it if you are dumb enough to date hot crazy chicks.) Many women know that they can use the police to threaten men in order to get their way.

I keep a camera setup in my bedroom when I go out after being a victim of a false accusation myself and seeing it happen to many other acquaintances in college. Its better to be paranoid than to have your life ruined by your garden variety BPD millennial woman.

Yes, men should protect themselves. Particularly if you are going to break up with a woman, and it might get ugly, either: Be in public, or have possible witnesses, or at least secretly record the break up (if legal in area) to attempt to prove you didn't assault her in any way when you left her. Also don't leave any "DNA" on or in her.

Yes, I had to do this once, and it saved my ass. She dropped too much of a hint one day when I started "the talk," so I backed off, and waited until I thought I could get away with it. By that I mean getting away from her, while also proving I didn't touch her, or hadn't touched her in the process.
