Really? 100% of cases? What about women who were closet lesbians, or just straight asexual, or have rape trauma. What about women who had some kind of hormone deficiency caused by birth control or a fucked up endocrinal system. The implied fault here is that the man is doing something wrong. It's worth noting that many women have trouble reaching orgasm. My current girlfriend has multiple orgasms every time we have sex. I had a girlfriend in the past who has never had an orgasm - not during PIV sex, not during oral sex, and not during masterbation. Never had an orgasm in her whole life. My read of the situation is that women having orgasms is more a factor of the woman (and whether she can orgasm) than the guy. Sure, there are guys who are terrible at it, but the implied suggestion that it's always the mans fault is obviously wrong.

I argue the opposite. Pair bonding works a lot better if you don't have any orgasms at all. Look at young Christian celibate couples before they're married. They're so happy, full of energy and full of life. They can't wait to spend their life together.

Then they marry, they have sex, orgasm changes their neurochemistry and poof, they start having relationship issues like every other normal couple.
