The only thing I've seen are 'studies' that show that black women don't receive as much sexual interest as Asian or Caucasian women.

An average black woman still has far more options than the average man of any race due to the fact she is a woman.

I went black and have yet to go back, so my opinion probably won't be much help to you.

I keep reading all the time how I will never amount up to anything because I'm not white and a woman and I feel like my life just doesn't have any purpose at all.

The actual problem of black women in the US as far as I can tell is from across the Atlantic Ocean is that they're the least exogamic group and rely most heavily on men of their own ethnicity when it comes to relationships - but these have an elevated likelihood to die prematurely, get incarcerated, or date outside their race, which makes black women more predisposed to staying single in the long term.

That's a dumb question, for a (fertile) woman getting children is probably the easiest thing there is. You certainly don't need a permanent partner for it.

As a black guy that doesn't date black women the reason I don't is I don't identify with the culture. Its not that I don't find black women attractive. I actually am very attracted to some black women. The key is femininity. I like a feminine voice and submissive demeanor in women. I like that energy I like the way feminine women smell etc. I don't like loud opinionated black girls with raspy voices that smell like vanilla. I also don't like white girls with raspy deeper voices. Those women are usually party girls.

I once met a woman from Kenya, black as midnight. to this day she is one of the most beautiful women I have ever met, definitely top 10. so skin color, facial features, and hair is not the problem at all.

american black women are unattractive because they are overweight with an attitude problem. its interesting that most american women would benefit from this advice, but black women especially. fix these and most men would love to have you around. words often associated with american black women: loud, angry, aggressive, combative, violent, uncivil.

one interesting thing to note is the historical reason for the attitude problem. in order to maintain power, plantation owners made sure to encourage loud, angry, masculine outbursts from black women and quiet suffering from black men. they knew that if it was the other way around the black men would rise up against them with the support of black women, so the women were used to keep the men down.

once you understand that your personality has been engineered to be bitchy, you can do something about it. practice submissive feminine behavior, and men will be all over you.

Less attractive doesn't mean unattractive. All things else being equal a lot of men would prefer girls of other ethnicities. All things aren't equal.

Further, it's a phenomenon limited to multicultural demographics. If all the available women are black, then the men are going to go for black women.

African-American women are perceived and stereotyped by most men, even by many African-American men, as obese, physically and sexually unattractive, loud, aggressive, overbearing and domineering. In other words, many African American women look and act like poorly behaved men.

That perception exists because there are a large number of black women in America who portray that stereotype. It exists in media and in culture, and can be seen in almost every urban area in the US.

As for the rest of it, (and I will bold this to avoid the "YOU RAYCIST!" comments):

no one is saying black women are ugly or extinct or should be extinct or that you shouldn't exist.

No one is saying you will never amount to anything, or that because you're not white or a woman your life has no purpose.

Look, I'm a black woman and as yet, I've had no difficulty finding people who find me attractive. In all honesty, your best bet is to just ignore those kinds of statements. Seeing/hearing that kind of shit can really get you down if you give it too much credit so don't. Don't try to get people to justify such statements or attempt to change their minds, just don't even acknowledge them.

The truth is, some people get off on painting black women as bottom-of-the-barrel/undesirable but real life isn't quite so unfair. Please don't feel worthless or dejected because of what some people say.

I actually like black women but to play devils advocate the least attractive doesn't mean not attractive to anyone, if we're following this logic I'm not sure I agree with the answer would be because some men can't do any better.

And frankly unless you're a supermodel basing your self worth on sexual attractiveness will not lead to happiness regardless of skin colour

There's nothing particularly 'masculine' about you- this is something that gets applied to the under class of any culture. The idea that there's anything wrong with your hair, features or whatever is entirely arbitrary- if the economic pressures were different I might be perming my hair and painting my worm-pale skin. (Hell, the Romans thought that although my ancestors were of hardy stock regarding cold, we pale northern barbarians were inferior in every way! I mean we run around painted blue destroying things! We can't make a decent road and we think you get clean rubbing yourself with fat and ashes!)

Women of all ethic phenotypes are disproportionately perceived as aggressive for saying the exact same shit that is considered perfectly reasonable for a man to say. This has been measures and studied extensively.

It would be wrong to say my paleness doesn't give me an unfair advantage, but you know, your meat is the same meat as mine under the skin. And you know what- maybe you might even be better than me! Who knows...

It's pretty apparent that gender roles vary a bit in the various sub-cultures, and TRP, in particular, has idealized norms that are probably less compatible with the black community than with others.

So what do you want - a pity party? Life isn't all about dating and sex. For example, black is a huge affirmative action for many high paying careers. As is being a woman. Being black + a woman gives you a much greater chance of getting into a top business school or into a degree to study computers. If that doesn't help - Look at me - an Indian-American male. I sure as shit am not preferred for dating/sex and I get NEGATIVE affirmative action in academics/work as well.

It has nothing to do with black women's appearance, it has everything to do with their elevated levels of testosterone that tends to express itself in ways that many men simply cannot or will not choose to handle. Black men are, by nature, more masculine and Alpha as fuck, and are therefore more apt to mate with black women.

I don't think every individual black woman is ugly simply because she's black. The problem is there's millions of black women with shitty attitudes, shitty diets and shitty morals that have fucked it up for you. You have an uphill battle because of them and the stereotypes they've created.

Honestly, if you stay fit, watch your diet, talk like you're educated and dress well, you'll be fine. Of course it's harder for you than a white woman or even a light skinned black woman and it's unfair. But such is life.

Attractive people of all races will do well -- I don't think anyone disputes that. Having said that, among interracial relationships that do exist, some pairings are much more common than others, and that's where you see the disparities come up - the disparities are real, not made up..

Now there are many factors that could play into this, but it is what it is.

In my opinion, it's also not a big deal, because the overall incidence of interracial relationships, while rising somewhat of late (and more prevalent in some places than in others) is still very small (3.9% of all married couples in the US as of 2008). So it's not really very important to worry about I think.

It's just that some minority men feel that dating white or light skinned women is a sign of social status. This is cultural on the part of these guys, and not biological. It's based on money.

The science of beauty is about a ratio and not about skin color, hair texture and other ethnic traits. Don't believe those who say that beauty standards are Eurocentric. When in fact probably an equal ratio of every ethnicity falls within the beauty standard.

There are some TRPers who are exclusively attracted to black women (and they're not all black themselves).

And black women aren't ugly. There's some fear because some recent studies are reporting that over 50% of black women have HIV, (who knows if they're actually accurate though, personally I find that hard to believe, probably some sort of sampling error) which for those who don't have the virus may be cause for concern.

EDIT: Goddamnit yes it's completely ludicrous. I've just heard people saying this shit. Not really going to go source-hunting right now.
