I have found that a sweet setup at your apartment/house (whatever's normal where you live) can make make or break the difference between an ONS and a FWB.

Anecdotal evidence: I used to have this issue where I couldn't get "repeat business" so to speak. If I did, I'd usually have to travel to her apartment, which can be tricky with my work schedule sometimes.

I assumed this was a "me" issue, but then I remembered that almost all women routinely write lust filled love letters to criminals incarcerated for family annihilation. I realized the issue must lie elsewhere.

And then it dawned on me: What is more important to women than anything else in this world? Material goods. Which my apartment was sorely lacking. This was brought home to me when one girl sat me down and explained that my apt looked exactly like matthew mcconaughey's place in the 1st season of True Detective.

So I bought a bed frame, a comfy mattress, put on a mattress protector and sheets and shit, put up some IMO pretty neat art that I bought from students, built a book shelf and stopped putting my books on the floor, and bought a ficus. I also started getting a house cleaner to come bimonthly to do a deep clean.

The reception has been pretty good, and my repeat business issue has been solved for now. IDK if I'm mistaking correlation for causation, but from the results I've seen, I recommend all guys deck out their place.

I especially recommend getting some real ass house plants, cuz girls irrationally dig that shit.

Maybe I'm beta buxing cuz girls aren't willing to fuck me in a Carl's Jr. bathroom stall. But I guess there are worse fates than not being a "fuck in the Carl's Jr. bathroom" kinda guy.
