I can't stand social media. I keep a Facebook to stay connected to family but I almost never post on it.

Instagram seems to be the most popular (and in my opinion the most cancerous). What does it signal to potential plates that I refuse to make one? On one hand I can see having a profile with pictures of all the cool shit you've done as an increase in SMV, but at the end of the day isn't it just validation-seeking behavior?

One of my key issues is communication, I have trouble finding the right words to say and often stumble on them when talking. Furthermore, I have much difficulty projecting my voice.

I'm having trouble with women. I've been approaching but things aren't going the way I hope. Yesterday I was supposed to go out with a chick for drinks but I cancelled. I haven't seen this girl in two weeks since I last approached her and I felt like it wasn't worth pursuing. I've been on dates where It lead to no where and false hope. I'm wondering what some of the experienced TRP weightlifters think of this strategy for weaker lifters, and more particularly the merits of very low reps (sets of 3, 2 or 1RM's) in relation to size and strength gains.

By this I mean, I often know exactly what to do in most situations, however, often I find it hard to force myself to do whatever is needed. What I am getting at has a lot to do with discipline. How do you build and maintain good discipline?

How Redpill can you be with aspergers?

Ever since I got help, I've been trying to figure out wtf is wrong with me and I think I've figured out what I have.

Aspergers isn't just social difficulties but things like senses too strong, repetitive behaviours, obsessive interests, physical clumsiness etc. and I have all of those.

So how do I improve? I am going to get help IRL and I am grateful that I discovered TRP because this is something normal people intuitively know but don't speak because of PC culture.

I've thought about getting a job that requires me to socialise. What does TRP think?

How the fuck do you maintain girls once they realize they are plates? I've had like 10 girls now that either raised an ultimatum "i dont want you fucking other girls" or just broke up instantly, even though they were in my frame in terms of all other aspects.

I'm pretty sure I don't give them false flags about wanting a committed relationship as well, I see them like once or twice a week and my house is full of female garbage, like bobby pins and necklaces. One girl somehow did not notice those before; this morning she found one and said "this relationship is not for me".

Is it all about dating down your SMV, so you only have desperate chicks as plates? How do you train a high SMV girl to be a plate and be OK with it?

Just fyi, I've had girls that are OK with being plates, but they are usually already in a committed relationship (go figure)

My LTR prospect has male friends. I also have female friends, strictly platonic.

Mostly that she met via work. Most of these are in relationships; she speaks with some of them regularly - I have met a lot of them and they are platonic friendships.

I have read here that women should not be left alone with any other male because AWALT - what would be an effective way to communicate to her that if she would like my investment of time then she cannot see her male friends one-on-one, without it blowing up in my face/her seeing that I am overtly trying to stop her hanging out with her friends?

She doesn't exhibit any other red flags. Good in bed, pays for stuff, low n-count; is a very good girl.

178 cm/5'10.5", 29 years old.

I've been lifting and running cardio the past 4 months to get down to 10 - 12% bodyfat as quick as possible. Calorie intake is around 1600 - 1700, while TDEE is around 2300ish seeing as my workouts are heavy and intense.

Started at 195, down to 162 now, right around 14-15% bodyfat, but that stubborn ass belly fat is still there.

I started with Starting Strength, barely able to bench 65 lbs. Moved on to Ice Cream's Fitness (with Cardio on off days, one rest day a week). Used to be able to do 5x5, but I'm seriously waining in strength now and have gone back to 3x5. Was doing 3x5 160 lb squats 2 weeks ago (albeit with shit form), now I can barely squeeze out 135 (with better form) 3x5. I'm still losing 1-2 pounds a week, but I have a feeling, I am already pretty fucking light at 160 - 165 for my height, and my ideal weight for that stupid ass Brad Pitt fightclub body will be around 170 - 175. The only lift I am still progressing week over week is my DL (currently at 1x5 205 lbs)

Think I should keep cutting as I am, getting super skinny down to 10% bodyfat and struggling with lifts, eat at closer to maintainence, adding about 500 - 600 calories a day over what I am at now, and hope that I still lose fat, gain muscle, and maintain better lifts? Any recommended routine I should switch to? I don't want to completely drop cardio, as I want to continue building endurance.

a bit offtopic but I wanna hear some true advice.

ive lost 30kg over the last 4 months. now i am still 7kg overweight and everything is flabby af. im skinny-fat as hell and on a weightloss plateau since 5 weeks.

the scale says im around 25% bodyfat. im a very skinny guy by nature and thus i look super skinny in clothes but all flabby without them.

i know many guys here transformed their bodies when they swalloed the pill. what is an honest advice for me in this situation?

I wanna gain muscles and get a good looking body composition over the next 1-2 years. Have some questions.

1) should I start lifting and eat in a calorie surplus now at 7kg overweight? Or should i keep trying to lose the last 7 kgs?

2) I enjoyed reading Bigger Leaner stronger, will it work for people in my situation?

I have the motivation to go full gym-mode, I just dont know when and where or how to start with what.

Hey guys, career question. I've been at my current job for about a year and some change (15 months). It was a big step in title and pay but it's a really small company about 60 people. I came from a Fortune 1000 company so I got used to that level of aggressiveness and anxiety of competition. Needless to say I've been coasting at my new gig. It's literally fucking easy (I work in IT and handle all database and data reporting). I am now trying to move back into a bigger company but maintain my title. How should I go about preparing for a more aggressive company again?

Edit: (mini field report) watched inglorious bastard's with a plate tonight HB7. We move to the studio and prepare our pallets with paint and I suggest we take it to my bedroom as I have a space to paint there too and I can turn a movie on for us. I used a wet technique with my canvas so I could get a lot done quickly, then put it down, claiming I need it to dry before adding more layers. Move closer to physically escalate in order to view her process. It's received well. She came to a good stopping point also after a minute and puts it down. I amplify contact by putting my arm around her. She swoons into me, had a great chest and bicep pump going still which was nice. She looks up at me and I hold eye contact then go for kiss. Make out and grope session ensues. We start knocking shit over. Tell her we move it to my bed now. Foreplay for a bit and then read first edit. Had fun, going to keep spinning this plate. Cheers!
