Men have ruined dating apps. Even the dating app companies themselves are desperate to undo the damage men have done to apps. They constantly release marketing that tries to portray apps as legitimate places to find relationships. So many female accounts are fake (created by the app) or they are bots. If the dating app company had a problem with fake female accounts, they'd delete them. They don't have a problem with it, and they create their own fake accounts, because they need to maintain an illusion of gender balance in order to make money. If they revealed how lopsided their gender ratio was, they'd become bankrupt.

The apps need women to believe that they are legitimate, safe and that you can find a relationship on them. If women knew that men view them as sex apps, that the chance of a genuine quality relationship is next to impossible, no woman would join. When men eventually realize that ALL of the female accounts are fake, they'll leave as well. Then the dating app companies would go bankrupt.

It's the same mentality behind "Ladies night, free drinks" at bars and clubs. They need to lure in women FIRST, in order to get men to go to the bar or club. They know that men won't come, if the place is a sausage fest.

Remember that dating app companies need to manipulate women first, before they can manipulate men. Their corporate success relies on women remaining ignorant.

I can't wait for someone to hack Tinder, Bumble etc, just so people can know what the real gender ratio is. It's not 50/50. Men using the app know this-- they assume you're a bot or scammer if you're decent looking, and if you're not, they generally assume that you're low caliber. Because why would you be on an app, if you were quality and had options? They don't hold that same standard to themselves though. They think something is wrong with you for being on the app.

Just assume that they are all looking for a free prostitute. At best, they're looking for a disposable replaceable bangmaid-- someone they make into a girlfriend for 2 months-1 year, until a better option comes along.

Sure, there are some exceptions. Just because a few people win the lottery, doesn't mean that the vast majority are better off spending their money on scratch off lottery tickets. That gambling mentality is the driving force behind dating apps. Those with addictive personalities are especially vulnerable.
