Your wife will lose this case. I'd go full scorched earth and stop any form of communication with her except the lawyer. I saw your other posts. Make sure your lawyer gets your phone records, emails and anything else with a form of communication to prove your wife wrong.

And make sure your lawyer gets your wife's records. More than likely she's the one doing the cheating and is trying to cover her ass before you find out.

Also, she shut off YOUR phone? Again, are you a grown man or 15???? Why are you on a woman’s phone plan??? I need you to square all of this away ASAP. After the divorce, never ever re-marry. Marriage isn’t for you. I wish I would get bent out of shape over a woman who embarrassed me in front of people and plotted behind my back with no concrete evidence. I wish I would get bent out of shape about a woman at all. I filed as the plaintiff in my divorce. But the fact that she felt comfortable enough to pull that crap says ALOT. She knew who she was dealing with.

No need to explain yourself to her, once you prove your innocence, move on and never look back. Get some therapy for yourself as well. Use this experience as a catalyst to build yourself up.

Calm down. Breath. Your lawyer will tell you to move back in most likely but not always and to get your own cell phone which you would need to anyway. The good news is now you know who you married. Hopefully no kids. 2 year marriage so count your blessings it is not 10+ years. You need to read No more Mr Nice Guy. Don’t beg for someone that despises you!

OP get your a&& back in the house. Legally she can’t kick you out . If she refuses you entry call the police and maybe file restraining order to prevent her from further abuse . She might have to flip the bill for your attorney fees and pay some form of temporary alimony to you until you get situated. Remember if she wants out , it will cost her half . Best of luck

If you are innocent then you don't even have to feel guilty.
If she wants to leave you, let her and don't beg for her to come back. Keep your dignity.

You don't need to prove anything to anyone. N judges don't care about who did what. Your story is suspicious. I am finding hard to believe that she made a mistake like this and took it so far without proof. Something missing here. Your comment also is a bit off. She has you all wrong but you have proof that your sidepiece was elsewhere? How and why do you have this proof? It don't matter. You're done. There is no going back. You need to move on and quickly. Get copies of all financial statements, cancel her cards if she doesn't have many money going into those accounts, or get a new checking and saving account to put your paychecks in. Go get your own phone, and any other things that you need.

Consider yourself living in a post-apocalyptic world and rebuild yourself, rebuild your world. You want to piss her off, show that you can thrive without her. Show no emotion. Don't let her see you upset or cry. Be upset and cry behind closed doors away from everyone else. Get yourself a pair of running shoes and start running, start working out,

Keep track of every single dime that you spend. Use the financial statements to track her spending and the money goes that she touches. I have a few friends wives had started funneling off money trying to hide it. The women got caught, but I know a few female friends that were able to stash money away that hubby never knew about.

Is her car in her name or yours? If it's in your name, let her know she needs to get a car loan for it or you're going to sell it.

I know what I would do after going through similar and than for the next 10 years trying to fix the relationship. It got me less and less. I would take this as her telling me what she wants. And it ain't you. It hurts but it will hurt more if you continue to want her while she ignores you. It won't change. Only you can change for yourself. Don't do it for her. She will just use you going forward. Stay amicable and try to stay sane. You depend on yourself. No one else will care about what you did for her. Stop doing things for her and do it for yourself instead. Like I said. I tried for a decade to understand and if anything I understand less because she never cared.
