We're close to finalizing things. Been separated going on 17 months. I'm so tired of fighting. I felt like I would be a lot further along than I am today, if I'm honest. But I'm not. I keep telling myself that once the papers are signed there will be such a weight lifted off my shoulders, I'll be able to let go and move on. But what I can't figure out is how to move on NOW. Days like today and yesterday without the kids suck, and I know they equally suck for my STBXW when she doesn't have the kids. I just feel so alone. My desire to work on my cars and play games are gone. I don't want to do anything except sleep.

I feel like once the papers are signed, I'll at least know where I stand in a financial sense. Like I can start working towards paying things down. But at the same time, I'm just going to be offsetting a huge car payment and my son's tuition for child support and a huge HELOC.

Where is the light at the end of the tunnel?
