Alright, so I'll be divorced in 2026 at some point and want some insight from people who went through it and are now happier people.

I've been a mostly happy person most of my life, I remember enjoying things, laughing, looking forward to different things, worked hard, etc.

When my marriage started to crumble the last few years, I feel like ive lost myself. I barely smile, I am lazy at work, I have no drive in life, dont look forward to anything, and just feel....idk, like ive been on autopilot?

Did anyone else feel like this right before divorce? Do you have recommendations on "how" to get your old self back? I know exercise and therapy aree musts, and I'm currently doing both, but any book or podcast recommendations? Any tips/tricks?
