After trying to get back in the dating game, in the span of about 2 months I've had 3 women give me their number, had at least a couple long one on one conversations with each of them, one of them was even sending me texts with heart emojis.

And then at some point either I ask them if they'd like to go grab something to eat or point blank asked them if they were married.

Yes, they were married or engaged. Edit: as in they are currently married or engaged

I'm absolutely fine with being friends with women. In fact I still am friends with 2 of them and one ghosted entirely. But no wedding bands and multiple stories about their dogs. No mention of a husband in conversation. They ask me a lot of what could be construed as "potential boyfriend" questions like "how old are you?" which seem just kind of weird for a "just friends" conversation. Not impossible that they're just curious but kind of weird.

Is it just me or is that some level of weird or oblivious? I don't think these women were looking to have an affair, but are they that naive in their 30's that giving a man your number, inviting him out, and not mentioning a husband to a guy who approaches you is probably sending the wrong signals? If I were their husband I'd be pretty pissed about it.
