We will all have these days/nights, wondering if we did the right thing. My best advice is to try and focus on your kids and the life you are rebuilding. I would say “forget about your ex” but with kids that’s impossible. Best thing is t treat her like a stranger on the street. Be cordial but she doesn’t get access to you or your empire. These nights suck but hopefully focusing on your kids they will become less and less

Like many are saying, block on social media and everything except what it requires to see ur kids. And leave it that way. Don't give into temptation and try and see what she is up to 8 months down the road. I feel that however long u were with someone let's say 12 years. it will take 6 to completely heal from the relationship ending. I know us guys are "tough" but to completely not give any fucks about a long term relationship ending takes time. Half the time the relationship was going give or take is my opinion.. what do u do in the meantime while the healing takes place. Exercise, yoga, hobbies, fish, guitar, hiking, make money, side gig. Plan cool trips with kids. A new woman will come around. Don't be in a rush to find one. Keep putting one foot in front of the other.. make your self do positive things everyday you can regardless of u feeling sad about the divorce..

Sorry man, I know how much that hurts. Best advice I can give you is to learn from this and don’t do it again in the future. Block her profile if you have to. Take this time to feel your feelings but tomorrow start spending your time and energy on bettering yourself. Whether it be picking up a new hobby, focusing on an old one, or spending time at the gym, you’ve got to do things that make you feel good about who you are and spend less time thinking about the things that make you feel bad. I know it’s harder than hell but the sooner you do it the better. Sending you all the best.
