For someone who "operates in the real world," you commented this to someone else on here, the real world has something called victim blaming. An individual can be vulnerable on several levels and be taken advantage of. I agree for men's rights but men and women aren't that different in both being human beings and operating essentially as 2 sides of the same coin.

All that to say, you're victim blaming. Instead of talking about her how about you focus on your own healing.

I have a neutral stance towards both of them. Maybe it was consensual, maybe not. One thing I know from dealing with people with similar past abusal experiences is that a person may "pretend" to be into or enjoying it for fear of the consequences they may endure if they don't. I don't know either one of them personally, nor am I really following the case closely enough to decipher a strong opinion one way or another. It's hard to get inside someone's mindset at any given moment; and I don't envy anyone who has to decide the outcome of this trial.

She loved him, he used fear/drugs/manipulation with anyone in his sphere of influence.

It’s more concerning how you’re looking at this than how you feel this woman responded to this man.

I haven't followed the case but I'm not sure it is a good example to use to prove a point. These are not some baseless allegations, she is a victim of abuse and was coerced or explicitly forced to do things that she did not want to do with the threat of violence and revenge.

I agree that women can sometimes be two-faced, but perhaps pointing the finger at someone in an abusive relationship is a stretch too far. Just my opinion.

I hope her fiance is already trying to get his deposits back for the wedding and getting tested for stis. He's crazy for staying in the relationship. If he does get married, it will 100% end in divorce
