Same story almost to a T. All you can do is go to war. Fight as hard as you can, document every single thing. Keep a journal of all interactions. Start compiling a binder if all your evidence. Organization and pedantic documentation is how you get through this. Hold on to how you feel right now. It sounds insane, but not far from now it will be easy to forget this insanity and betrayal, and you’ll be tempted to grant quarter. Do not do it. That is when the attack will come.

Nothing new. Happens to a lot of people including high-profile celebrities as well. Google "techlead divorce" and watch some of his videos for example. Feminists and their followers often teach each other how to make false allegations of abuse. They have actual tutorials available for this sort of things that they regularly update as laws change. It's a gender and class warfare and you need to lawyer up asap without further delay.

Judges like evidence. You can provide evidence of the opposite. Recent Family videos and pics before the shit hit the fan. Texts from your stbx. Doctors visits. Dig in and think what evidence you can provide.

Get a good lawyer and record everything. Even though she is being vile I recommend against saying anything negative towards her. Don’t tell her how her decisions are affecting you. Hopefully you will be able to get the kids back to you, but if not be prepared to change jobs/where you live. Kids will still love you if you have to live in a double wide and work at a warehouse. Even though she is being vindictive now, it is possible she will start behaving better later, especially if she loses in court and you give her no reason to keep fighting you. Ending the feud will make your life better, but remember to be fair to your kids and yourself. Start talking to someone about her behavior and how it makes you feel. It will make it easier to deal with.

It is almost 100% the go to for every woman. It’s early, you and your lawyer will destroy these. Most family court judges have seen all the tricks and stories told. There’s nothing new under the sun. The important thing is for you to remain calm, collect your evidence for your case, communicate with your lawyer. You may not have your children in the beginning, it’s the card she has against you, but you will eventually. 50/50 is your goal and keep you thoughts and actions on that. Do not stop fighting, but do it smartly

Communication is now only via text or email, no phone calls. Document everything and save copies for you and your lawyer. If you do have to see each other in person, keep a digital recorder in your pocket. Do not agree to anything without consulting your attorney. Do not put yourself in a corner.

I'm trying to help my brother with divorce. His wife falsely accused him of child abuse so he is in prison. Of course since I am not the one getting divorce we can't find our what is going on, so we have to keep track almost daily of court records, then ask our lawyer who needs to call the court and check. His wife abused the kids ( which are now living with us ), so she is getting divorce to try and get the kids back and after she took all is money trash his home, ran up debt, she is trying to pull more crap. Right now he has very little, she took everything, and the court system is trying to have hearings and not including him or notifying his lawyer. In the meantime we have their children which she abandoned and now want back. We are caught in the middle since the children do not want to see her. This crap has gone on for almost 2 years and is wearing us down. We tried our best to protect his kids, and the lawyer says we should not have a problem with her gaining custody, but who knows since she is trying to get in front of a judge is a county that does not allow inmates any rights, much less his family.
