Have a conversation with your lawyer at home alone on speaker phone. If she records you and your lawyer without being home it's 2 years in jail and a felony.

Two party consent means both parties to the conversation consent to the recording. One party consent means that one party PRESENT consents to the conversation. Of neither of those is applicable it is illegal. Of course she will claim you abuse her and it is there for her protection yada yada yada. Best bet is beat her at that claim ahead of time. Set up you own recorded conversation and work things in where she denies that aa well as recording anything. You have to be tactical to get her to deny this. Be slow and careful. Then you go to your attorney to advise and make a police complaint and allow them permission to seize the items. Be vocal if they refuse then as they will just notify her to ask about it and she will deny things and get rid of the evidence. Might be a good idea to record your conversation with video with police as they hate getting embarrassed in the news

What happens if you close all the blinds and just start jerkin the gerkin constantly. Can you sue under revenge porn or peeping Tom type stuff? It's not exactly legal to film and record sex acts without consent

Check the laws in your state. Many don’t allow for hidden cameras. They do allow for cameras to be in common areas but NOT hidden.

I set one up in my home. My STBX doesn't live here and I use it to make sure the older kids get home from school ok.

But... It has come in handy when she comes to sort through her things and she thinks she's alone with the kids. It's nice to hear both sides. Make sure she isn't talking about me behind my back which she's known to do.

But, I don't use it for any other purpose than home security.

Just rub one out in view of the camera... Then surprise find it. No consensual filming someone nude, is breaking the law in just about every country in the world.

Calling the police will probably get you arrested if they go to your home as they’ll automatically take her side. Once the tears start flowing, 100% you’re getting arrested.

It’s best to go and file a police report and confirm with your lawyer that you can remove and discard of them as I presume* you have a dignified right to privacy within your own home.
