Love how on another sub there are bitter comments about her being "salty" and a fool for acknowledging an obvious troll. Salty? She's in complete control, and they should be happy since she's giving that troll the only female attention he'll ever receive. Probably out of pity.

Pure honesty? I wold prefer a female pilot and a female surgeon. For the following reasons:

They handle stress better

Have better attention to detail

Can multitask

Male pilots have done some horrendous bullshit. Namely - GermanWings flight in 2017.

The pilot waited for his co-pilot to leave the cockpit. Locked the door to prevent re-entry then steered the plane into a mountain killing all on board.

As a crewmember with all respect for her career success I just gotta say guys is she exhausting in real life, whoever was assigned on the Equinox can confirm the management became a hot mess with her... Can't say anything about the Edge but also heard some not so great stuff, especially dealing with the shutdown. And Celebrity exploiting this story now to present their line as some pioneers of equality or whatever is just laughable, they're acting so big when other cruise lines had women as masters for a while now, let alone many female bridge officers.
