I cannot stress how important reading books has been in my life. There was a brief period where I stopped and now my husband and I pick out books together and it's been great.

Language learning and getting back into exercising have been my "Queen shit, b!tch" go tos. Nothing else makes me feel more badass other than doing a night mask. Lol

I looked at all these activities. But I’m antisocial soooo. I like reading about people who do these things and then they meet a bomb ass man.

I think when I move, I’m going to join a garden club, a running club, a beach club and a club where you go out once a week and eat good food.

Or I’ll at least read about it for sure

Thank you for this awesome list, I saved it. Here are a few I would like to add:

Learn to knit or crochet

Learn to use a sewing machine and make your own clothes

Learn digital art (there are lots of free resources for learning online)

Visit animals at a shelter

Go to the zoo

Go to a theme park

Go biking/skateboarding/skating/scootering

Damn, OP is getting chewed. I don't think this needs to be taken super literally - this is a list of potential activities to help you outside of a relationship. She isn't saying get yo ass to church if you aren't religious.

Some women don't know what to do with themselves to get out there, meet new people, or work on themselves. Even reminding women that it's okay to go to a restaurant or happy hour by themselves is a good thing. It's good to just chill once in a while.

That said, I sure miss going to shows and events by myself. COVID has screwed me so bad in regards to meeting new people or even hanging with my friends because we did conventions together.

This seems to have a very religious/ white/ drop hella cash vibe to it, none of which is needed to be an HVW. Your activities can be anything that make you happy. If you’re working on saving rn, by all means stick to that. You don’t need to read “n” number of books or have a fake bougie vibe to be HV. It literally all comes down to having a full life for yourself and great self esteem. Whatever gets you there works.

Co working spaces only apply to women who need office space to make a living.

Church groups are only for those who are religious

Groupon activities. Ok. Fine. However it depends on where you live. Same with meetups and social clubs

Happy Hours suggests drinking, anything involving drinking alcohol is usually not productive

I’m not trying to rain on your parade, but many of these ideas won’t contribute to your journey to level up if they aren’t streamlined to your specific goals

Figure out what it is you enjoy and get out there and enjoy your life. The rest will fall into place.

There’s no specific formula or set of rules on how to high value.

Not sure how studying a book of god sanctioned patriarchal human atrocity is hv but I appreciate the rest of the list.
