This reminds me of a neighbor I use to have. She got divorced by her husband who I'm pretty sure left her for another woman. At first she seemed rightfully upset about it. She's a year a way from 60 and in the last five years or so has gotten into modeling. She poses in very sexy outfits and lingerie does fashion shows and has a Facebook modeling page which has random dudes that comment on her pictures trying to holler which she replies to saying she isn't interested. She is truly the definition of "living her best life". Did a ten year challenge and looks better now than she did then when she was with her lvm ex husband.

I have many friends in their 50s and 60s with killer bodies like this woman. They make sure to exercise regularly and watch their diet. As you get older it is better not to be too thin. You want to have a decent amount of muscle and maintain the tone with weight training. This also keeps your face from appearing gaunt and aged. Yoga and cardio will balance out your workout routine and keep you feeling young and limber.
