Women really need to stand up and do better for themselves and leave these trash scrotes to die alone.

Fortunately not, that sub is only for women
[–]djburokasFDS Newbie 60 points61 points62 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oooh that is very great! Finally more safe spaces for women 🙂
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple 37 points38 points39 points 5 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
May I ask what sub it is? I want to be in more subs like FDS made by women for women.
[–][deleted] 42 points43 points44 points 5 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
That sub does not welcome FDS members, they actively despise us. Not to mention you need to be a mother to be in there
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple 37 points38 points39 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh, I see, I thought it was something FDS style. So not for me then.
[–]Fit_Juice 15 points16 points17 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
What's their issue with us anyways?
[–]dismayed_starfish37 points 5 years ago [recovered] (3 children) | Copy Link
It's a sub for mothers who are mostly very unhappy with their lives and the men they've reproduced with. They're often held up here as a warning of what can happen if you're not careful about who you marry and have children with, which makes them defensive and causes them to treat us as their enemies.
[–]Fit_Juice 13 points14 points15 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Well it's hardly our fault they ended up with a NVM, taking it out on us won't to them any good.
[–]dismayed_starfish7 points 5 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
Agreed, just trying to explain where the animosity is coming from. I spend time on there watching the trainwreck and feeling thankful to be single, I just get that from their end it can't feel good to be a cautionary tale.
[–]YellowsunflowerloverFDS Newbie 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Lmao right when I was looking for mom groups 🤣 I'll never understand the FDS hate. You wanna be miserable? Okay. But don't hate others trying to do better.
[–]oddcharmFDS Newbie 18 points19 points20 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The truth lmao
[–][deleted] 175 points176 points177 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So if you call him your fiancé but he calls himself single...you’re single too, sis.
[–]SnooPickles4103 155 points156 points157 points 5 years ago (18 children) | Copy Link
Watch him lose his shit if she were to tell men that she’s single. Watch. Men like this are the ultimate hypocrites.

My ex told all of his friends that I cheated. He was cheating on me literally the whole time with like a dozen girls and I assumed that meant we were not exclusive. They all hated me after that and talk about me to this very day. Stay salty losers!
[–][deleted] 40 points41 points42 points 5 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link
My ex, who cheated on me from the beginning to the end of our relationship (he was the one who initiated exclusivity, by the way), was extremely possessive and told me I would be “punished” if he caught me flirting with another guy. Being exclusive only goes one way for LVM/NVM, it’s more about you being “theirs” while they’re entitled to whatever they want, than an actual relationship to them.
I’m sure now he’s telling his new victims allll about how disloyal I was (he can justify any lie) just like how he told me when he met that his ex cheated on him.
[–]NessigrrrlFDS Newbie 31 points32 points33 points 5 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link
My therapist once said "people who are possessive and overly jealous often project their own urges and feelings onto their partner. Meaning they are the cheaters or thinking about cheating, so they assume their partner to think and act the same"
[–][deleted] 20 points21 points22 points 5 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
I used to play Fortnite with an absolutely lovely woman. She was sweet and always was apologizing about her kids screaming in the background. But she was great to get along with and I enjoyed her company, so i didn't mind. I could barely ever talk to her outside of game though. Her husband had her Playstation, Instagram and any other social media on lockdown. He constantly looked through her phone and accused her of cheating if anyone messaged her. I made the mistake of messaging her at some point and she got in trouble. One day she got online and her voice was so hoarse. I asked her what happened and she said she got into a screaming match with her husband because she found out he was talking to other women behind her back
I don't play fortnite anymore so I have no idea how she's doing. I remember at one point she told me she never wanted kids, but her husband was a hard russian man and basically forced her to have four of them. Even though the last one nearly killed her he still keeps demanding more. I really wish I could find out how she's doing
[–]NessigrrrlFDS Newbie 21 points22 points23 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yes, men who cheat are overly possessive and often abusive. I ha a friend who is in a relationship like that. He had a secret second gf for three years and she forgave him and is still with him. 🙄 He was even jealous when we would hang out together and kept calling to "check on her".
[–]Fit_Juice 10 points11 points12 points 5 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Maybe just check up on her, the man sounds quite dangerous.
[–][deleted] 8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
I would love to but I don't know how I would. I don't have her number. And the only way I have to contact her (PlayStation) I'm blocked from
[–]Fit_Juice 5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
If you remember her user, try searching for it on generic social media sites. I personally can't be arsed to remember multiple users.

I hope she aborted the baby as well, we need to normalize women taking control of their bodies.
[–]DontAskTwice-A-RoniFDS Newbie[🍰] 83 points84 points85 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
This might be controversial, but I totally agree. Every single time I see a woman talking about how awful her husband is while she’s pregnant, I just think about keeping options for abortion available. I know some women want the baby, and some women are too far along to abort, but I genuinely can’t believe the number of women who have kids with these trash ass, cheating, losers. And once you have a baby with him, your life is changed forever in a way that can’t be unchanged. Either you’re stuck with him forever or you’re abandoned and stuck with a child that you have to raise on your own. Couldn’t be me. Abortion needs to be readily available and accessible.
[–][deleted] 35 points36 points37 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I don't understand why you would want to keep yourself connected to someone if you know they are awful. If you have their baby you are forced to be in contact with that horrible person for the rest of your life. Kid graduates highschool? See them at the graduation. Kid gets married? have fun seeing the sperm donor at the wedding. Your kid has kids? See shitty sperm donor at the baby shower. And on and on

That’s why you’re singled until you’re married as in like literally... until the ink has dried you’re single sis that’s what your tax return says that’s why you are we need to stop deluding ourselves!! Even being a “fiancé” doesn’t mean much can still leave at any time
[–]MadamLeFay 53 points54 points55 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Even if you're married, the guy can still pull crap like this... a lot of people didn't even know my ex-husband was married to me...
[–]level_up_alwaysFDS Disciple 25 points26 points27 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
For sure. That’s why I think you’re even single after you’re married but I know that isn’t a popular opinion 🤷♀️ you can vet until you’re blue in the face but IMO they all cheat so there’s no point in feigning loyalty for someone who will never be loyal to you
[–]Mrs-Dukes5Throwaway Account 6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Exactly this.
[–]Kittycaramackarel 5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Are you saying cheat on your husband cause he'll cheat on you? Just trying to understand the logic, I think I'd just stay single.
[–]level_up_alwaysFDS Disciple 10 points11 points12 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
At least don't put your blinders on like so many women do they won't even look at another man lol
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple 19 points20 points21 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Even after marrying we still need to be vetting and ready to leave if they pull some damaging BS.

This is an objective life downgrade from being single

Oh my heart. This poor woman.
Women who think they need their “forever”, they’re in for a long, hard road. Either by the pain of being alone or the pain of accepting poor treatment.
I suppose I’m in the minority here, in that I do believe most men (enough to go around for women who are equally committed to being high value, anyway) can collectively improve as partners if women collectively demand it (as I’ve seen done via pressures on our legislature, as a union member putting the heat on management, etc.), but it’s going to take a long time.
I feel like we’ve mostly moved out of the mockery/dismissive stage- that’s progress!- and are just seeing the anger/retaliation stage starting to whip up as women are waking up and demanding that even being “neutral” isn’t enough from their partners, they must be vocally pro-feminist, or they will be left behind.
As we’ve seen historically, this stage where the group is fought against is the hardest...and draws out the longest...depending on how well the group works together and shares the values of gaining respect as a whole. There are still many women under that patriarchal thumb, so this work could take decades.
That means that for those committed to high standards, who still feel the pull, it’s going to be tough. I know that for many women, nothing can replace a man, but I am hoping that we can fill each other’s lives with enough support and encouragement (as much as emotional bandwidth allows- I know pickmeism can be so exhausting), to where we can delay gratification for a better pool of men who understand we are not fucking around here. And if it never happens in our lifetime, to take comfort in that we are creating better futures for young girls, by setting standards for them to look up to.

Breaks my heart, all women go through shit with men, and I can’t even bring myself to call them men because they act like immature boys, they are scrotes. I wish for all us fds ladies to find our forever and hope this gal does too. Better yet, I want her to find fds, level up, and be a queen with all of us! She’s already on the path by dumping her ex.
[–]sybildb13 points 5 years ago [recovered] | Copy Link
She should’ve tried communicating with him more, maybe he’s depressed. /s
[–]Apprehensive_Ad_7917FDS Newbie 11 points12 points13 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I wonder how much he spent on her engagement ring, or if she even received one? I’ve seen men shitting on them recently but I think we all know that men put their finances toward things that they value. I’d be surprised if she received a ring comparable to 3-6 months of his take home if he’s going around calling himself single.
[–][deleted] 18 points19 points20 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
The more women can realise there is no such thing as 'forever' the better.
Especially no 'forever' with men.
[–]RecordingImportant94FDS Newbie 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yep. The only person who will be with you forever is your own self, and that should always be a woman’s focus.
