My mental health problems have been present since childhood and I started to self harm at 14 but of course the reason I have bouts of sadness is because of the FDS sub.
“A mouthy masculine woman” has literally never seen a picture of me, so is clearly projecting what he fears in women. I’m actually extremely introverted and am 4’11 and underweight. But if he is scared of weight lifting, loud women, then I’ll happily be that.
“You’re not getting any younger” Absolutely hilarious attempt to scare me and make me feel small. Is this how he gets women to be his partner? By threatening them with some sense of time running out? Okay, good luck with that bro! Should I use that too to get men? “Hey bro, your hairline isn’t getting any fuller - so might as well just settle for someone who doesn’t respect you.

Maybe it’s important to note that I do tend to use Reddit as a place to rant when I’m feeling down, because there’s nobody from my personal life on here. And that’s why it can definitely come across as though I’m miserable and angry 24/7. The positives aspects of my life are far more precious for me to share on Reddit. I’ve travelled to Spain, Iceland, Italy, Morocco and Tenerife for work and I did all of that before I was 25 but of course bored men on the internet think my life is worthless because I say I’m not settling.

I understand your feelings OP and I'm fully with you ❤️ but can we please stop giving attention to all these men ? There is a (good) reason why FDS has limited "male depravity" posts and so on. FDS handbook gives us important advices to avoid receiving comments like this (such as either fully making your account private (no DM allowed, no public history of your reddit activity etc) or either having two separate reddit accounts, one for FDS content only and one for other subs). Please to all readers seeing this, consider following these rules to avoid your time and health being bother by all of these shitty men.
