As if other types of men are under some sort of illusion spell and only bipoc men can see that sexism against men apparently isn't real...even though there are plenty of these men who see exactly the same misandry in the world.

I love how when facts and statistics prove that feminism is wrong about something they say “don’t discount our lived experiences”. But when we talk about our lived experience (and facts / statistics) they go nuts. They live in a fantasy realty and can’t emotionally handle looking outside of it

I think the real kicker here isn't the post itself or the huge number of comments agreeing that misandry isn't a thing (shoutout to the commenters who disagreed) - it's the assumption that even if misandry exist it doesn't affect men at all and we should simply ignore it.

I would love for them to browse r/malementalhealth and report the same thing with a straight face

Even if it is "trolling" it's bad trolling and if you have to back up your hot takes by saying they are a joke then maybe it's time to reevaluate

Anyone notice how short and ineloquent this post is compared to the average post here, for example? Ironically, the entire argument basically amounts to a Trump-esque "wrong!" and then everyone giving themselves a pat on the back for how they just "owned" the other side whilst banning all opposition. No robust logic or evidence-based arguments proving the case, which is what I'd expect from intellectual cowards afraid of any opposition. These people are just a hive mind lost in blind dogma. And scrolling through the actual sub it just looks like its just a clone of r/justneckbeardthings or r/niceguys now. I wish they'd realize that their obsession with a minority of bad people and extrapolating that to the whole puts them in the same basket as MGTOW.
