What I saw is that women are generally messy (either as apartment cohabitants or as partners) so they either setup a cleaning schedule (quite extreme IMHO) or live in a mess. Men generally are in the middle, they cleanup when it's dirty (and this "when is dirty?" is in the middle of above extremes).
Overall, I preferred male apartment cohabitants than female - at least you can drink with them a bear freely and talk about stuff.

Classic trailer trash. I say that as someone who has lived in a trailer for the last 18 years. It ain't the trailer or the trailer park that makes a person trash, it's that trash flock here. Three meth labs busted in my hood in the past three weeks, one for every week. White hoods ain't much different than black hoods. It's just a trailer-hood rather than a project hood. I've been steeped in this shit and I know trailer trash when I see it.
Overall though, in terms of living cheaply, trailers are pretty decent if you can pay them off quick. Be warned though, they depreciate in value faster than a fucking car and if you live in one, be prepared to do a lot of maintenance and repairs. They use the cheapest materials and components they can find in these places so shit breaks often. I don't like spending money to pay another dude to fix something I can fix with the right tools and a little know-how, so I do it myself.
