People who were born good looking tend to be very naive as to female and human nature in general, they tend to believe that everyone is good at heart, friendly and such.
People who either had to work for it (usually at the gym) or became good looking through the genetic lottery later in life have a much more realistic view of things and are much more aware of how mean and shallow people can truly be.

Yes also, I have a friend like that, he used to be obese but had tons of muscles under the layer of fat, he knew this for his heartbeat was in the average but should have been off the charts for his weight, he also had a lot of strength even when obese. Anyway when he melted it away with diet and exercise he went from 3/10 chubby dude to 8/10 Chad, but the damage has been done already and he can't forget years of females mocking and ridiculing him, he knows too much about female nature to fall for their traps.

I can't confirm yet, but I think this is happening to myself. I'm still big, currently around 290, but I've been down as far as 255 around that time (to me) weird shit started to happen girls started hitting on me, and whenever I hover around that number it makes me nervous think that's why I went back up.
As stated though I was extremely obese probably hit 500 at some point in college, but the damage is done forever, and it's not just with women either it's society at large.
I'll tell any of you guys this don't ever become obese it's the equivalent of going to prison except it's mental.

I've been fat most my life. For a brief 2 years when I was 19 I managed to lose weight and attract women. The difference in how they treat you is incredible. Since then I've put the weight back on and women won't even look at you let alone think of date you.

See that's not exactly what I mean which is on me for not clarifying, but for the longest time I use to think it was my fault I was fat, and there is nothing I can do about it. Turned out it wasn't, and I realize it wasn't my parents fault either, but the corporations instead.
They've sold us on the lie of breakfast, and sugar big time, and that's the exact reason I've lost weight couple that with this whole let's graze all day BS they peddling as well.

This is spot on. I experienced the same thing. Once I go over 250 lbs, the female attention and positive responses evaporate. Once I drop below 250 lbs, the attention picks back up. A few years ago I got down to 220 lbs and banged a few who I never thought I'd have a chance at... and they really wanted to keep me around. The damage had already been done though.

Was fucking obese uptill around 15, hunched back and all. Got treated like shit, by everyone, including my parents and people around, really didn't help a dumbass kid in development that just wanted to befriend everyone. Yeah it's my fault for not noticing it earlier too.
Got sick of my condition, worked my ass off on getting leaner, corrected my posture, talked less to people (because of how ugly they can become). Now people initiate to talk, invite me to places, give respect to what I say. Not because of my opinions or who I am but because of the fact that I am a bit better looking than the average and talk less to people.
People like to have that slice of "popularity" pie once you appear to fit into the higher ranks of physical status. They even go out to greet you even if you don't get along with them.
The better friends that you'll have are the ones who'll give you shit where it's due and show you whatever they are excited about. Instead of following trends and the mainstream.

Mind if I asked how you corrected your posture? I have rounded shoulders, if I actively think about keeping them up and pushed back it’s ok. I'll second this. A decent weight lifting program will help all around posture. The biggest hurdle will be forward head posture, that takes some effort.

I force myself to push my shoulder blades to the back whenever I am conscious about by standing/sitting posture. So nowadays I have this "heroic/proud" stance that you see in shows.
By pushing the shoulder blades to the back and holding them at that position until you feel tired. Rest and redo the process. The standing posture is easy to correct, I'd say easily 2 weeks to get yourself used to proper posture. Then later on is conscious action till it becomes a habit.
My sitting posture is average good. Compared to the past its way better. I don't do too much effort on correcting it because I like to shift my sitting positions. Lol
If you want great shoulder structure, do swimming it is the most effective. Unbeknownst to me, it made my shoulder pretty solid and square. I did swimming during my slimming period, the chest and shoulder development was very helpful. (though this takes awhile for effect to take in).
Push ups do help if you do it properly. Don't do sit-ups, they are bad for the back.
Keep at it and you'll reach it in no time. Swimming is my go to for shoulders (freestyle swimming). I don't do too much weight lifting so I don't know about that method. Best of luck!

I also watch calisthenicmovement, but otherwise yeah it's the same with me. Just his exercises sometimes are a bit too focused on stuff u find in the gym and well I only work out at home and found some stuff from that channel useful as well. For example the hollow body plank position. SOOO good and a lot more demanding than the regular one i find. And you can use the same hollow body to make even stuff like push-ups harder imo. doing it on my knuckles and slowly with my chest to the ground and then up completely while trying to keep a hollow body position is really demanding to me anyway.

Well you can't really slim down by just working your abs, you have to lose weight overall mostly so it's more of a diet thing. I myself do keto/fasting most days at least.
I do agree that sit-ups are not good tho. the channel i mentioned above has a lot of alternatives. I usually do planks with hollow body, reverse-sit-up (so just lying down and lifting your legs) or hmm not sure how to call it, but tucking in your belly and lifting your core and legs at a 70 degree angle or so.

Literally me. Back problems since birth. Only difference is that I had deep good friendships, parents that cared, and nobody outright treated me poorly.
Not bragging about my life, it's a lottery. Just want to stress the point that community makes a huge difference. Even if it's extremely general.
In my town people always gave the "how's your day going?" Check and listened when I had something different to say. In turn I gave the same treatment to others and life was/is still good because of it.
As for women learning about female nature killed the dreams of a perfect gf, if the laws were different I would still consider it though.

This. I know this from experience.
I started seriously working out last year, and the sheer difference in how women have treated me since then is night and day.
I can talk to most of them way easier, I've gotten more positive attention, gotten laid more...and what makes this whole thing messed up is that the sheer amount of effort I put in to getting myself healthy and the spoils of getting women don't excite me anymore.
I know they only care because I work out. I know they will only temporarily care.
It just turns me off. People tell me I'm being too harsh and that it's just the confidence I'm showing.
My personality hasn't changed much. Just my looks.
Personality without looks doesn't get you noticed at all. The halo effect is extremely real.
The better looking you are, the more positive attributes a person automatically thinks of you.

The main difference is that female attractiveness can be earned. Even if you have a butterface and small tits, if you go maintain and slim physique (not even going to the gym), you can be a solid 5/10. Which is more than enough to get attention from 6/10 men.
A man on the other hand, cannot earn his attractiveness. Or rather, the amount he can earn is extremely small. A girl can go from a 1/10 to 5/10 just by not eating much. A man might be able to budge his number by 1 point at most by gaining a lot of muscle. That's about it. If he's short and bald, it just doesn't really matter. For women, attractiveness is all in the unchangeable genetic characteristics.

I personally found that to be true, in the sense that even after i managed to improve my appearance when acting as I had previously, I could not meet women for the life of me. Confidence and the ability to play the game play a huge role in finding a partner. Appearance helps with partners finding you.

Well, in fairness I think that one of the reasons they don't is because NiceGuys™ tend to misinterpret basic human decency as flirting. And when the nice guy discovers she has no romantic interest, they get pissed and lash out at the girl for "leading him on." r/niceguys has tons of examples of this. Don't think I'm making excuses for women: if you lack utility to them they won't engage and may even be openly hostile. Not saying that you're wrong, but I've yet to meet or even see an example of this. In my opinion such "nice guys" are far less common than people think, specially women.
I say this because I was and in many ways still am a nice guy, I genuinely used to care about the well-being of others (to some extent I still do, old habits die hard). During my teenage years I would treat girls and boys the same, I had a lot of female friends, they wouldn't be scared of approaching me or getting physical and I never really thought much about it (in fact there were a lot of girls that were into me and gave me hints but I just took it as them fooling around lol).
Idk, maybe I am an exception. I'm kind of thankful that I went to a pretty chill Christian school though, cause if it was a public school, most girls would give me the label of a "nice guy", and would accuse me of being nice just to get in their pants or whatever bullshit retarded kids believe nowadays.

Have you ever asked yourself why this is? Most men, specially the less good looking ones, get treated like literal shit by the majority of women to the point that they unconsciously begin to regard it as normal behavior from women. Therefore when they're given "basic human decency", something which your average female very rarely provides to your average male, they will see such an act as having an ulterior motive as it is not how they're normally treated.
Contrary to popular belief, the majority of women, do slightly but subtily "lead on" these men to get free attention, and free stuff such as food, rides, etc. If you don't believe me just look at the statistics of women using men as a way to get free food on dates.
In my opinion, NiceGuys are the product of our gynocentric society. The real problem doesn't lie with them, but with our society.

Niceguys are out there, believe me. There is this girl I have been friends with for two years now, she is the best wingman I have ever had, tons of acquaintances and girlfriends and always willing to set me up.
One of my colleagues asked me about her and I gave him the green light. He is a bit cocky and overconfident at times but I never had any issues with him. They text for a day or so and plan to go out for a drink. She was feeling a bit sick these days ( girl part issues, bad period, I don't remember ) and asks him to reschedule two days later. He was non-negotiable so she agreed to meet him that night. They go for a drink and a car ride, and the guy was getting very aggressive, hinting all the time how bad he wanted a bj. He drove her home, went for the kiss for goodnight and even though she didn't really feeling it, she kissed him back, to get over it. He pressured her to blow him right then and there, 50 meters from her parents house, she refused and he threw her out of the car violently. The same night he was calling her names, threatening to wait her outside of her house and even used a friend's phone after she blocked him.
She sent me screenshots of the entire convo, the guy was nuts. I never thought I would intervene in such a case but I did the next day. Honestly, fuck him and his fucking attitude, I said she was a good friend of mine not a hooker that you can humiliate and threaten like that.

Do we have the same definitions here? That's an asshole (based on what you've described). A nice guy wouldn't have pressured her, and would instead agree to reschedule, a nice guy is for the most part, not aggressive at all and never talks outwardly about getting a blowjob. Most of them are very insecure, not "cocky and overconfident", and usually like to play it safe.
This is just my opinion, but if she's such a good friend, you wouldn't be promoting her hook-up lifestyle as she'll just end up like the rest, a single mother or a cat-lady who takes anti-depressants for breakfast everyday.
Edit: Seems like your "college" asked about her as in "is she a hoe that will suck my dick in the first date" rather than "is she a woman I'll have a meaningful relationship with". I've been on both side of the tracks (good looking and not so good looking). I've known people in both categories. Good looking people can be hated by people who are jealous of them. The prettiest girl in the room will be resented by women that are not as good looking. Or the good looking guy who the girls think is cute will not be very well liked by other guys who are not as good looking. Or the good looking guy who is hit on by the overweight or not so good looking girl is resented if he rejects her.

Because they know they can get away with it, it's truly effective for them. First they find the alpha genes then the beta provider. They are guided by hormones in that regard. I think you're right and this was effective in my experience. Still, it made me feel worse to behave that way, even though it was effective. I didn't want to be that person. I found that behaving that way still meant adjusting my life to "please" her in her backwards way: she doesn't want to be happy, she wants to be owned. I didn't want to own anyone, I wanted a grown adult that was a real human partner: such a woman doesn't exist.
What I wanted turned out to be impossible and what was available was undesirable. Instead, I choose monk-mode. That's my way of being free.

I was ugly until at least my early 20s. I'm not sure exactly when I became more attractive because I didn't take care of my appearance either (was fat with bad hygiene and bad haircut). I remember during my younger years hearing shit like "men only care about sex" and realising how wrong that was. All my friends were men/boys and they had hobbies and did so much stuff other than thinking about sex. But girls, oh you didn't even exist to them if you weren't attractive. It's not that women only care about sex, it's more that their entire existence is defined by sex. Men just like sex as one of millions of things we like doing.
After I lost weight and started to groom myself better I did notice that women all of a sudden would want to talk to me. At first I thought they were just being friendly or something. But then I learnt to seduce them and in a few years racked up an N-count of more than twenty which is higher than virtually every man will have in their lifetime. Several of those have had boyfriends or even wives. I've learnt so much about women and how easy their lives are but how they will always incessantly complain about anything. AWALT. I am in a similar boat as that guy who made that post. I was looking great as a kid up to say around age 6, from there I gained a little weight. I didn’t get anyone interested in me at all throughout high school UNTIL the last year. I started getting attention where I switched my glasses and would occasionally go without them.
Last year, I felt that I wasn’t living up to my expectations among many other things including pressure, frustration and pain where I was in life. I used that to fuel my motivation and decided that I needed to change for the better. I did a water fast for three weeks and went from 220 > 150 pounds. I noticed a DRASTIC change in people’s behavior. My parents said that I looked really different, many people in public would look over, coworkers flirting, hugging and touching me, married women would flirt at my job(one literally leaned over and was zoning out while staring at me when I was explaining something), some people would joke about dating their daughters, had girls actually approach me, people whom I knew were shocked and I started to get a lot of attention from women. I didn’t realize until I was on vacation in Miami with some family. Someone pointed out that a girl was looking at me. I doubted him but I looked over subtly a minute later and she did. Another time I went to order food and the female cashier turned bright red and literally was shy. Her voice was shaky and she was nervous. I’ve had perks from discounts to free things offered after the weight loss.
I went from wanting a relationship in high school to not wanting one and viewing women in a different light. Now, I’m just focused on improving myself, building muscle, investing, surpassing my parents and building a legacy.

I did it with straight water, no electrolytes. I did work out and do cardio, but I cut back a lot. Some days I had a lot of energy and some days I was drained. It was a great experience for me and I would do it again. I recently found out about snake juice and might give it a try.
I usually only do 1 day a week of fasting and sometimes longer fasts, but doubt i ever reached 100 hours. Good job on those 3 weeks mate!

One of the things that cemented my Red Pilling at an early age was the way I was treated after loosing weight. I was about 75lbs overweight, 5ft 8inches, 14yrs old. I would be ignored by most girls. Now I was trying to date any but just a quick conversation or "hi" I would be ignored. I got fed up with the way I look and decided to change. I changed my eating habits, I put together a training routine and trained a lot. I lost 70lbs in a little over 4 months. The way I was treated changed instantly. The girls were nicer, would say "hi" back, etc. Most guys probably would have been happy with the change. I was completely turned off. Was incredibly disappointed. The way the world works and I'm great ful that I got to experience that early on

I went through the same thing. In high school I had bad acne, and was skinny. Treated like shit by girls. Got in college, started lifting weights everyday and got into body building. Acne disappears, face becomes angular and chiseled and now girls ask me why I’m single. And the girls from high school who treated me poorly are not fat sloths who call me a DB for progressing in life after I’ve rejected them in my better years.
Was bald and skinny at age 19. Now I'm fit as hell and matured into my look. Went from a 5 to a 7.

I didn't have that problem, well I was always the big kid, good at sports, but my problem is a form of speech impediment, you have to understand that being a kid other kids tend to be really cruel, and this was most of my childhood when even my parents, also my brother and sister always bullied me for that. I not only understand the nature of the woman, but also of the humans. I tried to marry twice, big mistake but right now it is ok since I just got really close to the date but both times they showed their true self before the wedding (one time weeks before).

Men are actually quite simple in their desires for a woman. Women will divorce damn good men without any legit cause. Being handsome actually attracts the flies at the beginning, but it befuddles me to see how women treat good handsome men with money. It might be actually better to be born as ugly as sin and have decent wealth to burn on non-women activities because I think the men with looks who get women but get burned by them later on probably will be more likely to be more confused and prone to emotional depression. I was never a lady's man in my younger years, so I don't crave a female besides me like some guys who are just used to having women all the time. I've known men who are good with women in their younger years but have had issues in their later years with either weight or money. They still have cravings for females like an addiction. This addiction is something I don't have. I am happy with that.
Who gives a shit either way. Get back to executing on your goals and focus on life. Every single person, both women and men, are shallow.
It’s not as much about looks as it is about internal maturity. You might not get as many looks but if your character is solid you’ll get 10s even if you’re ugly or weird. The shallow people on both sides of the equation tend to be hollow people. Boring boring people. Hence why some better looking chicks are easier to attain. They aren’t as shallow as the lower tier projecting their own inadequacies.

I’m just going to ignore the double standard and just point out that this poster stated the first 15-16 years of his life he was unattractive and ignored. It was not until he was about 17 that women started giving him attention.
Um, isn’t this normal? I know of many people who did not become romantically involved with anybody until they were about 17-18. Most of the time it was because they simply were not interested in that kind of thing until that point, or they did not know how to pursue it.
Of course, some people did have boyfriends/girlfriends in high school but there was no pattern or correspondence to their attractiveness. I saw ugly boys get physically fought over - by girls of various levels of attractiveness. I saw attractive people date, fat people date, people with acne date. Some very popular, cute girls I knew didn’t lose their virginity or date until college and beyond. The most beautiful woman I know was cheated on in high school, with a less attractive girl who was just..down to do more.
