Name the company, the managers involved, the HR rep and your accuser in the suit.

File for disclosure of all documents, notes, and correspondences relating to your situation as well as the accusers entire Hr file, their managers personnel notes/file/records to see if they have a history making harassment accusations or complaints.

Get the labour lawyer equivalent of an ambulance chasing Saul from breaking bad.

Go for the works: Slander, defamation of character (because everyone will think you're guilty regardless thanks to office gossip), wrongful dismissal, harassment, emotional distress, lost earnings, lost potential earnings...

Make them settle hard.

I'm not really sure what the issue is here? The post for this sub is generally really well moderated. I follow it daily. They ask for comments to follow a subset of rules that is way better followed then the general subs.
