Ummm this may not make me popular, but I view this as the path to equality.

Disregarding for a moment the legal issues popular around here, basically the reason women get away with bloody murder is that they've "starved" men of their 'favor' with 80% throwing it at "Chad" (top 20%), while the other 80% of men get "scraps"

Turning 80% of men into "beggars" for the sin of being "not sexy", creates an inequality as they desperately seek "women's favor".

However, recent losses in "reproductive freedom" have made it "risky" for women, and also now with this "retaliation", "risky" for "Chad. The practice of hypergamy (throwing ass near exclusively at "Chad" ), has just become "too expensive" as it involves too much "life ruining risk".

Women will be forced to start thinking again about basically "pairing" with an equal who she thinks may be able to keep an enduring commitment from.

Likely this will also reduce the incentive to exploit "providers" (currently used as "insurance" they won't end up alone despite "running wild" in 20's), cheat, run off trying to speculate on "scoring something better"..."providers" in turn won't be so "exploitable" as their options just expanded....

I realise I'm probably going to get downvoted, but has anyone actually read the article? Basically, men will be on the hook for half the healthcare costs the pregnant woman incurs. That's all. Considering there's no abortion available in Ohio, and apparently healthcare for pregnancy can be as high as $10,000, it seems kind of fair, if it's for unintended pregnancy.
