I ask this question because a lot of women and a few men advocate hard for romantic relationships and often pair that with holding off sex until exclusivity. Many claim that men, like myself, who want sex before are just schemers, no serious or just immature. I would not call myself any of those things.

I like to have sex before a relationship to see if there is sexual compatibility, and that gives me the conviction going into a relationship. I have NEVER dated a woman that I thought was meh in physical attraction and had that attraction grow. I have NEVER had initial sex with a woman and the chemistry was not there and had the compatibility grow.

So my questions are: Have you dated a person that you were not physically attracted to a lot and had that attraction grow over more dates?

Have you had awkward to bad sex with someone and had the sexual compatibility get better in a reasonable timeframe?
