Of course women use body language to express interest. Like 95% of communication is non-verbal, so why would romantic or sexual attraction be the singular exception to that rule? Granted, specific people will likely have different indicators to express interest, but yeah, they certainly exist.

I have a feeling that BPers not believing in IOIs is not exactly grounded in reality, but a specific type of fantasy.

Yes, IOIs exist. Wish ya'll stop calling them that though. I keep thinking you mean IOUs and I get confused.

I'd say both men and women misinterpret ordinary actions as signals as interest though.

I've definitely heard men say a girl is interested in them due to "signals" that I was 100% certain were not. Such as her feet pointing in his direction from across the room, such as discussing a romantic subject with him, such as simply talking with him or smiling at him. I'd lay bets a lot of signals that RPers say they are seeing are simply the women serving them in stores using sales techniques or being the same kind of nice they are to everyone.

I also seen men completely miss definite signals of interest that a woman was sending him.

I haven't read a 10,000 page document on IOI ( I'm sure it exists) so I'm only using the obviously definition. I don't know if reds have some insane ideas like twirling her hair clockwise is an IOI but counterclockwise is a shit test. So no comment on any insane specifics.

But obviously yes, women give non verbal signs of interest. Like, very obviously. As in, you have my permission to slap anyone who says otherwise.

If anything TBPers are laughing at scenarios like the waitress in hooters sending out IOIs, but the existence of body language is that falls under common sense for us.

I am more a purple but, yea, they exist, I am a little risk averse so if i did not have an initial indicator I would not approach at all.

Yeah, though they can vary from person to person. Everyone expresses (or hides) interest in others in different ways, though there are some methods that are common to a large number of people.

I'm sure they exist. The issue is the interpretation. One girl's smile might mean "come talk to me," while another's may just be polite. I think we'd all be better off if both genders weren't afraid to initiate.

Most men are bad at picking them up. Nothing more embarrassing for both parties than a polite twitch misinterpreted as an IOI.

Most women think huffing and puffing in a guy's direction constitutes as an IOI.

The last girl who was into me said her obvious IOI was, "her paying attention when I talk."

Absolutely. It's pretty obvious to me that women do it (and men as well, with different cues). I don't do it consciously, but I've noticed it in retrospect (or if there's a mirror, lol!)

I'm purple and I believe they exist. But they are used in different ways. Women can use IOIs to manipulate a situation while having no actual interest.
