considering I was single for large periods of time in my younger years, I would say probably not. In terms of looks I am average (but I am tall), in terms of money I make good money now (but met my wife when we were both broke college students) and in terms of personality I am an "acquired taste".

I have a good degree and solid job in a STEM field. Should I lose this job my prospects are very good.
I'm a decent looking guy.
I have a positive attitude.
I understand women more and their needs and I act on that. But I'm no simp.
I prefer a long-term arrangement.
I'm good at problem solving, even in relationships.
I have 40 years of studying relationship psychology and it has been very helpful to me.
I implement what I have learned to great effect.
I don't whine.
I'm confident.
I can learn from my mistakes.
I can't please everyone and that is not my goal anyway.
I'm good with money and investing. The results speak for themselves.

This makes me high value for some, but not all.

Depends on your definition. To me, "high value" = highly desired. I do relatively better than an average guy and most of my friends, so I would say i'm highly desired since my dating life reflects this.

Yes, I consider myself a high relationship value man because:

I was born poor (a descendant of slaves in less than 3 generations), but I have relatively high assets and income in a country with very low social mobility and in a city without opportunities
I have good appearance achieved through effort;
I have a high-value bride;
I'm christian;
I am physically healthy;
I am good at solving problems, including within myself;
I am charismatic and I have some valuable friends of both sexes;
I have a strictu sensu and latu sensu postgraduate degree;
Etc.

But I still fail in many things, so this "high value" is relative (comparing me to modern man). After all, if I compare myself to men like Joseph (Jesus' father), I can't hold a candle to him.

We'd need to define high value first. I remember someone asking ChatGPT and having it spit out a formula something like this:

SMV = (.3 x physical attractiveness)+(.3 x Wealth/Career)+(.2 x Status)+(.2 x Social skills/game)

I don't think ChatGPT had any consistency on the weighting, but I would consider this a good starting point to defining what a high value man is.

Personally, I think I'm middle of the pack. Not high or low value. I'd say I'm (.3 x 5)+(.3 x 8)+(.2 x 4)+(.2 x 4)=5.5/10

There are different contexts in life.

As family? I'm pretty high value, I treat my family very well.

As a friend? Yeah, I try to do my best to help my friends.

As a worker? Definitely, I always finish my tasks and help my coworkers.

As a boyfriend? Not really, I'm pretty introverted, bad looking, kinda boring, etc...

The only value I provide is I give good actual feasible advice of all sorts because I have had to and I still am micromanaging almost everything in my life. Most people think they know better or don't need it I can also have fun in almost any scenario and I don't nessecarily need a drink to do it.

I also think I can fuck pretty good. The only positive attention I get from women is after that or we sexted to get things going.

I'm physically above average, my job is solid and I have fun / fun to hang out with. It's up to the judger to claim whether I'm top 1% or top 30% or whatever you consider the cutoff for HVM to be.

I’m like a 7/10 6’ fit dude making around 150k in a very cheap area. In sales so very well spoken and can read the room. I have sports cars, race boats, motorcycles, travel a lot end just tend to live a pretty exciting lifestyle with the above toys.

I take a lot of risks and am very confident in most settings. High honors student in college STEM field so intelligent to some extent. I’ve built vehicles, flipped homes, owned rental properties and succeeded and failed making me fairly well rounded.

These are the things I tend to notice women find attractive in me.

High Value is obviously subjective but it’s not hard for me to see I have a lot of options IRL and on dating apps relative to other men.
