1.🥷 Shadow work-Take time to self assess your weaknesses and strengths. Journal on the things that inflicted pain from past relationships or childhood traumas and sit with your emotions.

  1. 💊 Don’t escape with alcohol,substances, porn etc. this does not benefit you, but hurts you.

  2. Surround yourself with respectable and masculine men! The main reason why many men are lonely is the skill deficit with women that they should’ve learnt from their fathers or a male figure. Form a healthy male bond, friendless men aren’t respected by women and have never been honoured in a community.

4.Get rid of online pill ideologies. Like trp . I have only known one red pill guy online and he was always unsuccessful in dating, no male friends, nice guy but the way he spoke about women was gross. Always speaking from his insecurities. Tells me everything about the majority and why he was a fein for pills and their harmful rhetoric.

  1. These guys don’t possess Charisma, have good speaking skills or charm. Likeability is the no.1 thing you should have when it comes to women. You should want her to respect you, so do things to elicit that. Possess HERO QUALITIES. Not being mean/toxic, unable to provide/protect or viewing her as inferior. That’s what low tier men do hence why they get no punani and healthy relationships.

  2. To make a girl happy in a relationship is to satisfy her emotionally, sexually, financially, & intellectually. If you lack in any of these, work on it. Women are not only dating up bc the man can financially provide, but bc their educated, and treats their woman like a queen. Sorry, they do. They buy them flowers and gifts and is sweet to them bc he knows the enormous benefits a woman brings.

  3. If you want a high demand women, become a hvm or else stick with women you’re able to attract!
