Otherwise it makes zero sense. Like you said she basically has to dress, feed and wipe his ass. Most women won't put up with even a fraction of that. Most guys would be lucky to have a woman who would even drive or cook for them. Whatever attributes of his personality that she likes she could probably easily find in a guy who is more attractive and less dependent on her.

I’m purple-ish, but he has an appealing, confident, funny personality + I suspect she probably does have some kind of fetish influencing her preferences, but I think there’s real love there.

Edit: I also think he has other help available- e.g. other caregivers, so she doesn’t necessarily have to do his hands on care everyday- I think the amount of care she provides him in the video is either elective or not truly a daily occurrence.

I'm curious OP, how do you explain it? Even from a bluepill lens most people would be confused or surprised by this relationship. Would you ever be attracted to someone as deformed as this guy?

Clearly something very odd is going on here. Normally humans are sexually and romantically attracted to people equally, or more, physically attractive than them. Women evolved to be sexually attracted to physically fit men. Chances are if this woman mated with this guy in ancestral times (if they can even physically mate), their offspring would not be likely to survive. So my personal explanation is that there's some sort of atypical mutation going on here - maybe she's asexual, like Bandit described in his answer.

They do seem to have good personality chemistry and he's actually pretty alpha in the way he talks to her lol, like the way he teases her at 7:58 about how he's head chef and not her. Actually solid game there lmao.

She's more than likely a devotee, which is a person who has a ~~fetish~~ sexual attraction towards someone with a disability. They tend to be women. There are forums out there where they talk about their interest in being a so called devotee. First, TRP perspective is a net. It just seeks to explain the majority of interactions, what you'll likely see day in and day out. It's not physics where it seeks to explain each and every interaction without fail. Humans are not single particles, they're a bit more complex.

Second, Julia Roberts married Lyle Lovett, who was UG. Also divorced him too. That little fuck from the Austin Power movies had relationships with normal size women. Idk why or how. There are all kinds. And some looking to profit from it too.

Do I feel the need to delve into that? No. People sometimes do weird shit. Sometimes they do weird shit and then get stuck in it, realize it, and can't get out because they buried their identity in it and getting out would seem hypocritical.

Do I think this is healthy? No. For me the worst movie ever was Mask with Cher. I mean jeesus, people want to be with fit people, it's not a sin to be repulsed. It's unfortunate for the one person but natural behavior and long term healthier for the tribe by ensuring genetic fitness. Just not political correct to say "No mating with freaks".

Do I think it'll last? No. Why? Because her dogooder validation will dry up eventually. But if it does, yah, more power to them. Better her than me.
