That depends on your relationship. Some women would probably say, "eh". Some might even watch with you. A lot of women would say it's cheating though. Try talking to your partner and see what she says. If you aren't comfortable having that conversation it's safe to say it's probably cheating.

It would depend on if there was an agreement or not, because that is what determines what cheating is. In most people’s expectations in a relationship, I suspect they would define this as cheating. For the sake of coherence on what most people do define as cheating and the expectations they have in their relationships as well, it is easy to derive that it would be cheating if you really think about it.

For women/men who would be okay with their partner doing this, the next question becomes what if the cam girl was of an ex or a woman they knew at some point or still know, does the consideration change? This is arguably not as bad as physically cheating(if the relationship constitutes that) but it is still bad to do in most relationships.

I would personally consider it cheating myself.

Cheating is whatever is outside the bounds of a specific relationship as agreed upon by the two people in the relationship.

If you able to ask "is this cheating" it's probably cheating. You and your partner should discuss whatever rules you wanna relating to fidelity.

People usually split the whole cheating thing into either physical cheating(i.e. having sex with another person) or emotional cheating(i.e. so that women can cheat and pretend they didn't because they "don't love him")

Jacking off to camgirls is certainly not physical cheating and certainly not emotional cheating.

It's only cheating if you consider your partner finding other people than you sexually attractive to be cheating, at which point you're a lost cause anyway.
