I’m going to give you all a stark, ugly, reality check.

 

If women seriously started going to the police everytime men ignored their ”No”, a whole lot more men would be in jail.

Most men have no idea of the true reality of sexual encounters with men, many of whom habitually push past communicated boundaries. Even within initially consensual situations, things can go left very quickly and you can be forced to do things beyond your control.

 

All of that is rape.

 

Fortunately for most men, it’s not often provable in a court of law, so most women just walk it off. Some will get pissed enough to accuse you of rape later and then a lot of you will act totally innocent and “surprised” and say she’s being vindictive and act like you didn’t know. Bullshit. She told you. You didn’t want listen in the moment. Although it’s womens responsibility to communicate, it is ALSO men’s responsibility to affirm it. “Feigning ignorance” is a an excuse used far too often by predatory men who don’t want to seem predatory. It’s a gaslighting tactic.

 

It’s funny, men will feel weird about rooting around in a woman’s purse without asking, why should that be different for a women’s body? It’s your responsibility to know.

 

If you think the “rape hysteria” is bad now, you have no idea what’s coming if you REALLY wanna push through with full female sexual agency. Trust me when I say a lot of women let a LOT of shit slide. You will be SHOCKED at the number and frequency in which men will catch cases.

 

I’m down for it, but it means we WILL report any and all cases of this “soft rape” or “rape through ignorance” to the police.
