Hi everyone, every Saturday there will be three weekly rotating threads. There will also be a 4th week that is ad hoc or a free for all of relegated topics. Topics that are frequently overdone may wind up there (such as paternity tests), or relevant current events. If we don't have a suitable topic that week consider it a open to relegated topics (i.e. looks, n-count, or feminism).

I take sex and my romantic relationships very seriously. I don't sleep with a woman unless we're in a relationship and have developed real feelings towards one another. I've had plenty of offers, but I've only been with two women and kissed three. All three of those were in relationships. And I'm near 30 years old now.

I met a girl a little while ago, and I started to really like her. We talked all the time, and I could feel myself starting to fall, and obviously, she felt the same way.

Then I found out that she had been in multiple threesomes, had sex with at least 30 people that I'd known about, and very likely more than that. A few friends even let me know they'd slept with her because they could see we were getting close and wanted to be open about it.

I instantly lost any desire to be with her romantically. We could be friends, but the thought of having sex with her became repulsive. Like kissing a friend.

For me, given that I take sex to seriously and want to reserve it for people I have a special connection with, the thought of just giving it out so freely, as though it's nothing, is very off putting. It means a lot to me, I'd like it to mean a lot to the person I'm having it with also.

I don't know how many people like me there are left. It feels as though everyone has a 15+ body count now, and that 15 is if you're a prude.

But outside of relationships, I don't much care what other people do. If you want to sleep with 10,000 people, go for it. We can still be friends, but that will make you a total non option for me. Which is fine. You shouldn't make decide what you should sleep with based on whether I would be in a relationship with you or not anyway.

It doesn't make you a BAD person, but it does make you someone I wouldn't want to be in love with, and that's okay.

As far as relationships go, I think it's fine for everyone. I wouldn't want to be with a girl like that, but they wouldn't want to be with a boy like me either.

It’s accepted that famous men have more bodies than non famous men for obvious reasons but what about celebrities women? Does let’s say Taylor swift have a Higher N count than the typical 35 year old woman in America? Or is it just that every man she is with is documented by photos the media. Where as a normal woman can kinda do shit in silence

Feminine submissive service working woman. Also mid 20s. She loves frilly pink little dresses and bows. She only works a job at Target and she expects you to pay for all meals, shopping, outings etc. But she’s a fantastic cook and cleaner, will do most stuff around the house and likes to be dominated. N counts are real only when you've fucked his peers, colleagues, relatives ect.

So don't be fucking around too much within a social circle you want to be part of and belong to.

You can lie about it and get away with it if it's not within your community.

I'm not gonna lie—I find the obsession with n-count weird. I've been with some fickle, demanding women who were barely more than virgins and some truly empathetic, incredible women who literally couldn't even remember their body count besides knowing it was in the dozens. I think the statistics about divorce are a post-hoc rationalization.

If I had to guess, I think what makes this seem to matter can be a couple things. Either simple feelings of inadequacy or jealousy, which though I understand, I don't share, or an expectation of the disposition n-count is likely to indicate. The latter I think is more significant, but n-count is a lousy proxy for it, at least in my experience. You're better off pursuing women with the right attitude, regardless of how many or few people they've slept with.

I will offer you my perspective, I have never heard of body count till I have seen it in this sub. But when growing up I learned to couple sex and romance the same way with kissing and sex. So as a preference or deal breaker I wouldn't want to date women who had casual sex in the past as I never had casual sex or the hoe phase myself. Most importantly I would never want to date sex positive women who decouple sex from love and support the narrative of hook up culture. I don't believe women who had hoe phase are unable to pair bond or be in monogamy relationship.

But importantly I would hold myself to the very standards I would to a potential romantic partner. Because I value those traits and beliefs myself. No I am not redpill or blue pill. I am traditionally romantic I would say.
