Personally, I’ve just focused on slowly gravitating away from it. Don’t watch it anymore, and I currently have no girlfriend, haven’t for almost six years now. Outside of ‘needs’ and such, I don’t think it’s good for you. My suggestion is maybe focus on quitting for now.

Porn addiction isn't real, or at the very least the vast majority of "porn addicts" are not actual porn addicts. Show me a guy who spent all his money on camgirls and keeps getting fired because he won't stop jerking it at work and okay, maybe that's a porn addict. Or maybe that's a guy with very poor impulse control who makes shitty decisions in every single aspect of his life. The vast majority of porn addicts just feel guilty about their normal sexuality, maybe because they're religious, maybe because they're kinky.
