I was wondering if there would be an actual beta uprising/revolt? I know a lot of people have heard of the red pill from the mainstream. But I'm also hearing it from religious conservatives. My dad is a religious nut (it's because he's bipolar), so he listens to these Catholic extremists. I overheard this one extremists named Theodore Shoebat talk about the 80% of women want 20% of men and a couple of red pill topics here and there. The guy is a 27 year old who's been single for years. He sounds like a mixture of black and purple pilled ideas. Because of all this, from leftist to rightists, I am now convinced that we might see some sort of beta revolution. Any thoughts?

How can I go about being more charismatic in my social circle? I moved away for 3 years after high school - played college basketball, lost over 70lbs, started lifting, etc... but now my primary group of friends all evolved and formed this closed off social circle where I feel barely accepted. This or course could all be in my head. Im currently reading 48 laws of power and been trying to apply concurrently.

Nutrition Question

Recently I've been taking supplements to increase my testosterone and energy naturally. So far this is what I'm taking.

1000 Ui Vitamin D
1000 mg Omega-3
50 mg Gluconate (Zinc)

I'm wondering if I should adjust what I take. like so far I'm only taking 50 mg of Gluconate(zinc) daily and was wondering if I could get away with taking another 50 a day being that this is pretty much my only source of zinc. I was wondering if any red pillers have had any experience with zinc supplementing or not I could take more.

additional recommendations for supplements I should take or research are also appreciated.

Possible needed info: 18 years old, 6 feet tall. 140 pounds (I know, really low weight, hence why I'm asking)

Saw advice on here last year that talked about how important it is to lift and I started to lift on a small bulk even though i was skinnyfat. Went from 5'6 149lbs 17-18% ish bodyfat to 171lbs with about 21%. My lifts went up a lot but I still am hesitant to cut even though my face is prob at its worst its ever been and ive definitely built some very noticable muscle mass. Even then , I feel like I am too weak to look like I lift in a shirt once im leaner.

My lifts are at 5'6 170lbs are:

230lbs Bench
150lbs OHP
320lbs Squat
400lbs Deadlift

If I cut now to like under 15%(preferably 12-13%), will I end up being skinny lean? Or do you guys think that I should keep bulking until I can hit 2 plate bench for 5 reps atleast? My biggest concern with cutting now is that I am afraid of looking small in a shirt once I cut and not even look muscular in clothes even though I have 1 year lifting experience.

I shit where I ate. Had a girl at my work as a FWB. Fucked her brains out, had a lot of fun. We did couple stuff near the end and I didn't mind it. Problem is that I lost frame. I became super stressed about work, developed hardcore insomnia, and was just anxious. I still went to work and did what I had to do but it was survivor mode. Right as I met the worst of my deadlines and going through them, she tells me she is done being FWB and maybe wanted to try dating (she didn't mention me specifically but I was just caught offguard and was just "okay whatever"). I was disappointed but I figured I'd be fine. She started being cold around me at work, ghosting me. No more cooperation at work, no more friendship. That hurt alot. I was confused more than ever. This chick was the best sexual chemistry I've had while unleashing a dominant side of me. I wasn't into her too much at first (too short for me, a little too girlish looking instead of womenly, immature etc.) but that shit seemed to change over the year and half we were together. She cooked for me and was cool with me doing whatever. I'm finishing up work but since I can't go no contact, seeing her hurts. I'm 45, in good shape, want more. It took me a while to get skinny, 5'9" & 155#'s now. Entirely uninterested in bulk/cut cycles at my age, considering the difficulty in becoming a not fat fuck in the first place. Also, I'm worried about grappling injuries along with hypertrophy.

We had our company xmas party last night and I got kino with 4 woman over a span of 7 hours. My target was to only practice my game on 3 selected ones. I ended up talking/flirting with 7 or 8. The last one invited me to her home when her husband is away.

Question, what do I do with the other 3? I dont wanna beta orbit them. Do I invite them for coffee breaks or do I continue with just greeting and short small talks?

I know, you shouldn't eat where you shit, but if you have no kitchen and now dining room avaible, what do you do? (I m married btw)
