I'm currently on travel down south for work for most of the month. I don't have a kitchen or anything in my hotel room. Just a mini fridge.

Right now, I'm trying to cut weight. Been losing a pound a week steadily. However, I get an allotment for each day to eat. I get to keep anything I don't spend.

So far I've: - gone to vitamin shoppe locally and purchased a case of Isopure protein drinks (0g F, 0g C, 40g P) to keep protein up. Aiming for a gram of protein per body weight. - bought a 40 dollar crock pot at Walmart to make hard boiled eggs and chicken each evening in the room. - go on 20 minute elliptical runs at 5 am and more running and lifting (hotel has dumbells up to 50 lbs) in the evening. - typically get some grilled chicken nuggets from chik-fil-a for quick protein for dinner. Lunch is kind of a stickler because the only thing within 3 miles is a Wendy's. There I just get a garden salad and a grilled chicken sandwich.

I do all this because I also have coworkers who want to go out and get dinner together. As is expected, most of them eat like shit. And since I'm a small dude that's overweight, I need a calorie intake of like 1200 calories. I'll order something off the value menu and will drink water or the shittiest lightest beer they got available.

Granted I work about 11 hours a day currently, but anything else I can do to cut on the road? Any extra tips and tricks are more than valuable. Any extra foods I can throw into the fridge and eat quickly (like carrots or celery) is good. Keeping cost down is huge too, since it becomes profit. So any tips that could help cut costs are effective too.

Alright so I have a university question. Currently at a big uni, almost 45k students and just started last week. Is it a viable strategy to cold approach? I don't want to get my reputation ruined as that guy. I have approached a couple of girls but only after I caught them looking at me and our eyes locked.

Things I'm already doing are talking to people, not just girls but guys as well trying to make friends. Joined a couple of clubs related to my degree and will be joining rock climbing club this week. On top of classes and covered all material and improving social skills by talking to one or two people before class starts, and if I'm eating I'll sit at a table where someone is already sitting and start talking stuff like that.

How do you guys deal with the loneliness? Usually I go to class in the morning. Immediately leave and go to work till 6. Then come home to eat and hit the gym. Do homework / read then sleep. I feel like the lack of socializing is hurting me.

The past 4-5 months I've been seeing this girl. The relationship has been sex only. She hasn't had a problem at all with it. Started a new job 2 months ago. Girl in my office (24F) often gives me a hard time. If I mess up on something or she thinks something is funny about me, she'll tell other people and try to embarrass me.

She's only been in the company for 2 years, but she's respect by everyone, I think because the owner really likes her because she's studying medicine and he's a doctor. She's not officially my supervisor, but I do have to run things through her for projects I am in charge with, and I have to work with her every day.

I personally don't like her much, she lies about things (small things: she said she had a twin, days later when I brought it up, she said she was kidding), she's hardly at her desk, she leaves work to get food and doesn't clock out.

I was upset at work one day because of LTR problems and I foolishly told her that I was arguing with my gf, which is probably why she's been shit testing me a lot and now probably sees me as weak.

My question is, what is the best way to 'get along with her'. I don't want to be buddies with her, I just want to make my work experience as best as possible. My main problem is her shit testing me in front of people,and because people like and respect her, they will view me as weak or beta. I just agree and amplify or just ignore her, but it is pretty annoying.

What if you've accidentally given a girl the impression that you were exclusive, and you don't want to be? You haven't said so explicitly, but you also haven't said that you are going to be fucking others. She asked if you had fucked someone the last 3 weeks where you had been hooking up (which you have) and you say no, to which she says 'that's good' and you don't think twice about it, but then realise what you've just done. Yea, I know, stupid.

You want to keep her as a plate, and you don't want to make her nuclear since she's part of one of your closer social circles.

How do you effectively bulk up without putting on extra fat? I'm still in my cutting phase until I get down to <12% BF. Everything I've read RE bulking says to add calories but I am concerned that upping my calories will cause me to put on extra fat as well.

Currently I'm restricting calories and lifting. Not putting on muscle mass but am burning fat and getting stronger in the big-4 lifts.

So I've got an awesome girlfriend my second LTR no unicorn. I have a good job and I could earn more money but pays well. This has been my new life. Been lifting for two years. Used to study my masters in my time, work on my rythm, woke up late went to sleep later. felt free without a steady girl although I wanted one. I used to feel awesome.

Now not so much. I don't like my Job, I love my girl but worry to much about her, started feeling needy towards her analysing the tinest detail for signs of her attraction to me diminishing or mistakes I make not being alpha enough.

I think I have read too much RP.

Feeling that if I 'm not the best or screw up or show weakness she will leave me or I will get fired from my job.

I hate those feelings, I miss my (lazy, confortable ) past life. How do I get back those feelings of greatness ??

I was one of the best most knowledgeable students, in my Job I know nothing. I used to be all fun and sexy with her at the beginning today at least not so much.

I am looking for a book that summarizes the RP - but it is not set up as a collection of semi-random blog posts.

I am looking for something that starts with the basic evolutionary elements of inter sexual dynamics, then move on to the true nature of being a man in society (being disposable, burden of performance etc) today and ties these to our evolutionary psychology and history.

Lastly moves on to creating an action plan on how to develop oneself into a desirable individual by drawing on the foundations it has setup. This last part has all the practical information from fitness to business to dealing with shit tests.

And has minimum rants and anger phase if possible.

Is there such a book, blog etc?

For a week I've had no issue having sex 4-5 times a day. After the week, it might take me a while to get it up but I can get the job done on demand. This week, 3 times I've been wanting to have sex but couldn't get it hard or stay hard long enough to grab a condom and put it on.

How did you develop your confidence and self worth around women? I'm 20 and a virgin all due to lack of self confidence.

I just don't know why I suffer from if though, I have a great body, bodybuilding is a passion for me, I have a handsome face, and I'm a student who's currently passing my subject (business related).

Why can I not realise my own self worth? Why is it when I'm around these girls who dropped out of education at 16 and make themselves look like 10s with make up, I feel insecure? I want to feel, when in the moment with them, that I'M too good for them, not the other way around.

I've been dating a girl for 2 months now, and she's told me on more than one occasion how she'd like to start lifting (she knows that I lift). She seems like she may be LTR material so our interactions have been incorporating sex & dates. Today I told her that I would be at the gym on Sunday and asked if she'd like to join me. Having trouble identifying how to handle this shit/comfort test from a plate ( Primary Plate I should mention).

Basically she is constantly asking what I get from the relationship. She will list off all of the things I provide her with. Leadership,Excitement,Adventure,Laughter,Fun but doesn't understand what she brings to the table...
