What does TRP suggest to do if you have poor communication skills? Im pretty attractive physically and decently fit. I'm not shy but rather pretty reserved and just don't talk much. Which makes things pretty difficult when I meet or go out with someone for the first time.

I'm with my LTR right now, and things are going much better than I expected. She is the most submissive and feminine creature I've been with.

I have good frame from the start and definitely wont be getting oneitis. I know she's not IN LOVE with me, she's in love with how I make her feel.

I see some RPers would straight up tell me to let her go; I'm in too deep. Others would say: just enjoy the ride, all good things come to an end.

How the fuck do I compete here? There's ~30,000 people here. Half guys about. I am starting to lift but it's hard. I have PTSD after gettin assaulted and im tryin my best to cope with anxiety and make my way to the gym early mornings.

Q: How to be strong, dominant or leading w/o coming across as "controlling"?

(longer below) I am having an issue with my current attempt at LTR, she's lately said I am too controlling. I am not sure where she is getting it from, other than I have laid some ground rules for how I expect my LTRs to behave and I tend to be forthright about what I would like to happen.

I have read various posts about do not control and I am definitely not trying to control so much as laying out what I would like to happen and knowing I will choose my way out if they disagree (because these are safe boundaries for me).

Examples of things: 1. I dont like her going out w/o me to dance clubs/bars 2. I dont like her spending 1:1 time with other men, even if they're "Just friends"

Any advice?

I'm new to TRP and thankful I found it. I'm recently single and I'm living in a new city with no social circle. I plan to move back to previous city within the next few months as I only moved here for my ex (yes, I know, that was stupid).

My question is, is it worth investing time building a new social circle or should I focus on myself for the time being?

I went out with a girl last night. Things were great but she told me she felt uncomfortable because she wasn't used to the guys having "more power" over her. She was saying that she was use to being the dominant one and by hanging out with me she felt uncomfortable. I told her in sexually way to dominate me. Stopped lifting a year ago. Had intense lower back pain since which was brought on by bad form. Thought I had sorted it by taking up yoga but it's still there everyday. Anyone else been through anything similar and what did you do about it? My physio is completely useless, doesn't even want to order an MRI. I believe it's a disc bulge through l4 l5 s1.

Straight white high schooler here. As I slowly recreate my image I've noticed I'm drawing in some of the wrong attention. I don't mean "bad people", I mean gay dudes and what I can only describe as low-tier butterfaces and land whales. This isn't even my area of focus, don't get me wrong, I have decent standards. But every once in awhile, these gay guys will use their female friends to initiate conversation within the group. Once I am lead to believe these people are actually there under the pretense of friendship (or something not gay), they tag team on my frame until I realize they're all fake as fuck and the gay dude tries to make a move. Until I make it unmistakably clear I am not interested, the gay dude simply will not fuck off without being intensely bitter, however by this point the girls have usually all started ghosting, too. This has happened at least three times this school year alone, most recently this Monday. In my opinion I don't act, dress, or look gay. I have began lifting and changing my diet.

There are many askTRP threads about commanding respect, but I would like some pointers relating to holding frame and nonverbal communication (the latter for preventing the above situation in the future -- I figure they probably see me as an easy target, and as we all know people make impressions about you just walking in the halls. I would like to prevent this going forward.)

Hello ! I've recently cut out a toxic girl out of my life! I took a 2 month isolation period to a new state to work on myself and get clean.Now that I'm in the final stages and ready to go back to my hometown, I know she's going to try and reconnect because I called her shit out! I didn't commit!demoted her to FWB to nothing . Told her I'm not going to save her as previous guys would promise her. Drug abuse ,disrespect towards family, and overall no ambition or goals . Got another question for you guys. So I went out with this girl that I met on a dating app. We got pretty flirty online, and kind of had cybersex. She was quite lovey dovey with me and I went along with it. Met up with her in real life, realised that pics were filtered and always at flattering angles. Not really my type. She was very affectionate and playful during the whole encounter and we made out at one point too. I do not want to proceed with her into a romantic relationship. What is TRP's consensus on masculinity groups? By masculinity group, I'm referring to a more RP group mentality.

I've read that when you're in a group, or "tribe" per say, you're held to a set of standards that you must be accountable for. The men in the group expect you to perform at a certain level and force you to clean up your issues so that the group has no weak links.

However, I've read about the IDGAF mentality and I am confused to whether this also applies to your masculinity group or exclusively to women.

I'm still Beta in many-a-ways. In the corporate world, I'm still being given feedback and advise about being more confident in myself and the work I can deliver. This most definitely has the way I speak and represent myself overall. Insecurity within is still real and kts a constant struggle to not to undermine self. New to TRP, need advice. I'm in great physical shape (5'10, been lifting for years) and I attract a LOT of women without trying (The physique does everything for me, without it I'd probably still be a virgin). Only thing that bothers me though is that I work in retail which I'm ashamed off.
