Found out LTR has been texting her ex. ( Cheating )

Typical naive response from her ( must think i'm full on retarded ) was he's a friend from so and so etc, i did a bit of digging ( work in the intel community ) and found out they were together 3 years ago.

Obviously fucking him on the side, he's a bum by the looks of it and this perspective has made me look at her as complete shit, i have no respect for her and see her as low value pond scum. The feeling of relief has left me feeling an almost euphoric high as i was planning on buying a place, moving in, kids but no marriage.

Discovering this has been a life saver, i have gone no contact and we have a 2 week holiday in Europe planned for next month. The question is simply when i dump her in the next few days i obviously don't mention the cheating, right ?

Curious on how far you push it on your first dates? I prefer to get a F close so I push to have makeouts and invite her back to my place. But I am wondering if I might be pushing too hard, and be rejected for 2nd dates due to ASD.

Scenario 32M/33F Friends for a decade, started dating 2 years ago, engaged after 1 year, living together, lose frame hard, she leaves on a pseudo-break, monk-mode for 3 weeks, regain frame, meet up, reconnect yet she breaks off engagement, gives back the ring, can't offer any any commitment. Hypergamy, approaching wall and awalt at work here.

3 Weeks Later Through several forced interactions (1 per week) of moving her shit out, totally regain frame, flip the script, go full no contact, now she wants to "start over" and see a relationship counselor, "why can't i be the exception", completely back-peddles, hamsters gon hamst etc. Leaves on a neutral basis, gets her own place, no real reaction on my part.

Now Fighting oneitis here, still getting i miss you's and i love you's - gauging my interest. The limbo feels crippling at best - there are still some of her belongings here. Tell me what i need to hear.

How do I get my lower & upper abs to develop to the same level of muscle as my middle abs?

I'm doing the A-40 Core Set right now, but only 10 reps/exercise instead of 40. As a result, my middle abs have prominent muscle, but my lower abs seem to show very little muscle. They're not "rocks" like my middle abs, despite the fact you can see the outline of where they would be on my stomach. And my upper abs can barely be seen.

Invited this chick on Fb, she accepted and typed me first. Started chatting, she was super receptive. Kept the chatting to a minimum and was pushing towards meeting. She wouldn't say no, but would try to avoid my plan advances. A couple of days passed, she's still receptive, but replies only after a couple of hours after she has seen my messages. (Note that her English is not that good, also she sometimes just doesn't know what to reply, which she told me explicitly.) But still, she seems to reply in a positive and laughing manner to everything I say. Suddenly, she starts straight up ignoring me. Now this might be a shit test and she just wants to see how far I'll go to get her, or she just lost interest.

I don't want to waste time chatting and want to meet up with her, as I'm genuinely interested. She doesn't seem like one of those CC riders (although she very possibly might be) but strikes me more as a girl with ambitions that works a lot and is trying to make something of herself.

Anyhow, should I just move on or give her some space and try again later? I haven't been interested in a girl like this for quite some time, that's why I don't want to just next her. Any advice is appreciated.

Buddy works at a uppity firm. All the people there have their heads up their own asses with a nose plug. His boss is a female, and she came up to us after hours while we were talking to give him some info.

I have my ears stretched, so she made a smug comment about it, asking how old I am and asking if I think I'm a bit too old for 'spacers'. Said "You don't like em, eh? That's OK; I don't fuck old women anyway" and resumed talking to my buddy. She said "Excuse me?", and before I did more damage I just told my buddy that I'd be waiting in the car and dismissed her.

When walking in narrow streets, women bumps me very often, especially old (40+) or fat women. Most of the time they don't realize they bumped me or that their bag did bump me. When they notice, they look at me like if I should make excuses or like if I should just make room for them.

Men seem to make room for me no matter what and seem to have more fair conception of who should make room and who should not. If they're two and I'm alone, they'll usually queue up. On the same scenario, women seem to think being many increases their priority.

This is obviously so stupid it doesn't deserve its own thread. But what should I understand from this? Is there some noticeable pattern?

This is obviously a non issue. It becomes one when they won't make room for me when I have my kid in babywearer.

I was in a situation where the girl I was with had just got dumped a month prior before we met by her 3 1/2 year boyfriend. While we were dating she found out he cheated on her. Things were going really well while we were dating. Hanging out 3-4 times, consistent sex, constant dates with close friends, etc for two months. I had never pushed to put a title on it, but as time went on I mentioned that I didn't want to be "used".

One night after bar hopping all day with close friends, she wanted to meet her friends at the bar pretty late and I didn't want to go. She told me she would come back at the end of the night. She never came and I texted her in the morning asking if she was ok. She didn't text back (she said she was really hungover at work) but after I texted her with a "?" she replied and she apologized for what she did. I got very angry with her and said "I'd fucking appreciate at least like a yes or something when I ask if you're ok and you didn't even let me know that weren't coming when you said you would. It doesn't occur to you to just say you weren't going to?" She apologized but I said, "even then its like i have to text you again 5 hours later to remind you that I asked. This is what I mean when I said I don't want to be used and only be hit up when it's convenient for you. Like if im out with my friends and Im fucked up and its late you dont think I still want to see you at the end of the night? I dont get it" She apoligized again and I just said "just please let me know you're ok when I ask." In hindsight I saw how stupid this was of me. My emotions completely overtook me. I became so fearful that I was losing her.

About a week later we were at the bar again and she saw her ex's girlfriend (the girl who he had cheated her on with). Some crude words were exchanged between them but I didn't see any of it. She became very flustered and I asked if she wanted to leave. Long story short we got back to my place and she cried, telling me they had broken up so recently after we met. She spent the night with me.

The next day her mom had texted her telling her she thought she was drinking a lot. The girl did not like this one bit. I sided with her mom and told her that I honestly thought she had been drinking too much for someone on anti-depressants because she was drinking like 3-4 times a week. I only had her well-being in mind. She didn't respond to me. The next day I asked her if she was mad at me, and she said she didn't like the way I talked to her and she brought up she didn't like the way I handled it the other day, and that I can get my point across without swearing at her and being condescending. I apologized and explained that it hurt that she didn't come over when she said she would and the fact that she didn't text me back had me thinking she wasn't ok.

From this point on she had been cold and distant. We went out for dinner a couple days after with close friends. It went really well. We got back to her place and she didn't want to have sex. She was very distant. The next morning I left and she ended things by text saying she wasn't ready for a relationship.

Did I royally fuck up? Or was this relationship bound to fail anyway? Her ex was in a new, happy, relationship so I knew there was no way they were getting back together. Is it a good thing that this ended? I know she was still getting over what had happened but I don't think she would have gotten back together with him if that situation ever arose. But I know for a fact he wasn't leaving the girl he was with.

I've (I'm 32yo) been hearing this lately from women: "You are a decent/"too decent" man". This happened in 4 occasions during 1 year.

First one was my ex (HB7, 24yo )which tried to beg me back after 3-4 months from our (mutually decided) break up.
2nd was my friends girlfriend. My friend was drunk while he told me this. He kind of insecure and is afraid that I would steal his girlfriend. He asked his girlfriend this hypothetical question that if he would die, would she hook up with me. His girlfriend (HB8, 34yo) responded "No, he is "too decent" (meaning me) for me".

But the last 2 make me wonder the most. They have come from last two plates/to-be-plates

First one (HB8, 28yo) I had fucked couple of times but then she didn't wanna keep fuck buddy thing going on. "You are a decent man. I'm not sure what I want".
2nd girl (HB7, 20yo) I had fucked only once (and some heavy petting because of her periods). She said pretty much the same thing "You are decent man but I must concentrate on my own life now".

I have my shit together (smart, well paying job, well-built/jacked, own appartment, drive audi etc.). Currently plating HB9 and I have no trouble getting HB7s chasing me etc.

I'm hamstering that maybe I'm sending too mixed signals. At first I seem like a proper Chad but after a while they try to put me to provider category (either because of my behaviour or because they see me what Im/I have) but in that case I'd assume that they would chase LTR. Maybe I'm too cold and distant when not seeing girls (I barely ever text anything) and act too much like LTR when I see the girls (again, mixed signals)?
